The product didn’t say it fitted exactly the same car I have so the front desk person was very cautious about selling me it. They are honest people doing great local businesses. “I was 350 miles from home on a rainy Sunday afternoon near Blacksburg when car troubles began. I managed to limp my car to The Bug Shop early the following day. Greg quickly diagnosed the problem, had the parts delivered overnight and the car repaired by the following afternoon. “I never leave reviews but I felt like I just had to for new river auto care. I moved down here for school and picking a mechanic was scary all things considered. The reviews are right Derrick does honest work. Every time I’ve brought my car in he does good work and charges fairly. Additionally, he tells me what’s up and explains what’s going on with my car which is hard to find. Repairs are always quick! I would recommend to everyone.”

Dennis estimated that he would be able to look at it early next week, but got a call the next day and the car was fixed up and functional again.I'm super happy and pleased at the speed in which the work was done and the quality of it too! “I called several service centers before Prices asking for a tire patch and they either tried to upcharge me or say there was a weeklong wait!!! I went to Prices Service Center and they charged me fairly, worked on my car right away, and was very friendly throughout the whole process. Definitely one of the best and honest service centers in a college town! Thank you :)”

“Don't go to the shops in town. These great gentlemen helped properly diagnose what I was originally told was a cracked intake manifold, as a bad coil. A $1000 repair really only $100, couldn't be happier and more relieved. Shops in town will fork it over and find other things wrong, let real mechanics do their job and get your work done here.”

One occassion I even missed my pickup time and Austin went out of his way to ensure I could get my suburban and make it to my daughters play on time.
