“We came in at around 5 PM and Lindsay was working with a group of unsatisfied customers. She spent her time attempting to satisfy their demands as best she could and still made time to speak with us. She stayed late and ensured we got 5 star service as well. The call center reps she was being very gracious and patient with were not helpful at best, but she maintained a positive attitude and advocated for her clients. It was very impressive and we definitely appreciate the effort she put in to get us our iPhone 17! Hero of the night!”
“I chose to come from Princeton to Bluefield to purchase 2 phones during the holidays .. no offense, Princeton location .. however, I received the most excellent customer service from an employee named James. He was very kind, informative, prompt ...I arrived there a week later to make my purchases and to start a family plan (which btw, they have THE BEST deals for u & ur family, friends .. to not pay as much if 2 or more ppl want 2 go n 2gether & save some money - - which I'm quite sure N E 1 out there is all about doing)Very much happy with my decision to switch over to Cricket .. as well as save money doing so.
