“Very clean and secure facility. Breezeway makes it nice to unload and stay dry when it’s raining. Only complaint is the tight right turn from the security keypad. All in all a great storage facility for a reasonable price.”
“The facility that I keep my stuff at in Richmond Virginia has taken care of my storage and incredibly well the manager of the facility has been very responsive to any type of questions I have and it's help me out with lowering my bill seeing how I pay every month on time with no questions no late fees or nothing but to find out that extra storage company itself is trying to get the most out of me.. But the manager of the facility and the people that work there are just incredible I recommend this facility”

She ensured that we all understood the importance of safety and the operation of both electric and LP forklifts. “I recently used this location to drop off a uhaul truck after a big move of nearly 500 miles. When I arrived on site I had been up for nearly 24 hours, moving stuff in the heat, and had a few hiccups along the way — but the ladies working at the desk were so kind. Jeanine is the one though I truly want to brag about — she was so caring and could tell it had been a rough day. The care and customer service she gave warrants the 5 stars and would really recommend anyone in the Richmond area use this location for storage or moving needs!”
“There was a tea bottle and tissue left behind, but they were hard to see behind the driver seat. Check your mileage before you pull away luckily I took a photo of mileage. Someone had recorded it 100 miles off the actual not in my favor. They fixed the error and all is well. Other than that the truck was easy to drive for its size and handled well. The pickup location had the truck ready and made pickup easy! I definitely would use them again in the future! We also booked moving labor to help us load the truck. Kevin and his crew met us at our storage unit in Goochland and they did an excellent job!!!”

“The kind woman that owns and works at the UHaul that we went to was a fanomonal person. We needed an appliance dolly, the UHaul computer system was down and she trusted us enough to loan it to us. I promptly returned it the following day and thanked her. Tried to pay for the use of it and she wasn't having it. Good to know that she was willing to do this for us and trusted us to get it back to her. Gives me hope for this extremely screwed up world.”

Renting a cargo truck for my move was a seamless process, with clear instructions and excellent assistance from the manager, who even gave precise guidance on refueling. Later that evening, after a poor experience at another U-Haul location, I was scrambling for a last-minute storage solution, and this facility came to the rescue. The staff was incredibly helpful and understanding, even staying a few minutes past closing to assist me. I’m so grateful for their outstanding service and will definitely choose this location again in the future!”

“I am genuinely surprised to see this place with a less than 4/5 overall rating. The location is a bit hard to find because the Budget sign isn't on the building and it just looks like a gas station, but I have never had such good customer service from a rental company. Everyone was very nice and knowledgeable. We were even given a discount after realizing we booked too small of a moving truck. They upgraded us two sizes and didn't charge us for the upgrade. I highly recommend these guys.”

The BP gas station was really easy to get in and out of, right down the road within a mile for refueling. Don't let the look of the place fool you, it was a great experience! I would definitely rent again. This wasn't my original rental location but I'm very happy with the service.”
