“So far the rating is a 2. Still waiting on a transmission to be delivered to the shop that has had my truck going into the second week. First time the owner of the shop called, it took him four tries to get someone and all he was told was it’s in route, that was last week. Called this morning to see what “in route” means and they were not able to explain what that means. Now you can almost always track a delivery but for this, all that can be said is in route. I don’t fault the shop owner who still has my truck but I do fault the lack of communication when it comes to providing an update for customers.Update….Actually able to speak with a couple of people who gave me actual information. I appreciate the honesty and transparency. Hopefully the transmission will be delivered. Thank you for a prompt response!”

Everytime I called to ask questions they were very polite and informative. We had a 2 month trip scheduled and they worked with me to make sure our car was completed and stored safely until our return. I definitely recommend this shop.”
