“Fabulous customer service and quality of work! Learned during an oil change that the rusted frame of my '99 Wrangler would not pass the next safety inspection. Hubby received numerous recommendations for Bull Run through Facebook and we scheduled a visit for estimate. We were impressed by the team and proceeded to schedule subsequent repair. My repair date shifted a bit due to challenges posed by the Jeep ahead of me, but the team kept me well informed. Once the work was completed and we brought my baby home, we peeked underneath and saw the extent of work performed. So many beautiful, clean welds that were also painted over (unexpected)! Highly recommend.”

“Took my 2019 Chevy Colorado in for an oil change. We like to drop it off then walk across the road to Sheetz to grab a sandwich while the service is completed. The service I requested was done in a very reasonable amount of time. Also there were no shenanigans here……some dealerships try to tell you oceanfront property in Arizona on top of whatever service requested. Country Chevrolet has always been straight up honest with me over the years.”

started shaking violently at 70 mph 5 hours into a trip from NY to OBX. We limped it about 10 miles at 20 mph to WAS after a quick google search and based on previous reviews. Smoke was rolling out from behind the tire and the caliper had stuck to the rotor by the time we got there. They were sympathetic to our plight and replaced the rotors, calipers and pads at an incredible speed and price. (And they didn’t even have the parts in stock but had them delivered quickly). We were back on the road in less than 2 hours! We had 4 more hours to drive before we got to our non refundable hotel for the night. Everyone was so friendly while we waited, they felt like family. The lady at the front desk offered us soda, water and she even brought us her homemade cupcakes which were bakery quality frankly. We are so so grateful for all of them. Absolute angels. If I lived here I would never go anywhere else! Highly, highly recommend!”

“We were run off the road on our vacation and our tire wouldn’t hold air so we put on the spare. Tom Frost fit us in, cleaned up the tire and put the spare back under the car. We were on the road in an hour. They were so honest, never tried to push new tires on us and charged us a very fair price. All of that was amazing but I was even more impressed by the woman at the counter. From the counter, she identified my tires by the tread! It’s so refreshing to deal with an honest, knowledgeable and fair business.”
“I've been dealing with Piedmont Tire & Auto Haymarket & Gainesville since it's Grand Openings many years ago. John Filippone and his crew from the service counter to the guy that mops the floors are "Top Notch" in the automotive industry. I always request Master Tech Tony Baggette to work on my vehicles and John walks me back to Tony's station so that I can personally talk with Tony about my automotive issues. You wont find a better place for diagnosing and repairing automotive problems and I travel 45 to 50 miles to get there. I've also purchased tires over the years for all of my vehicles at Piedmont Tire because of the best prices. Piedmont Tire & Auto rules the automotive industry ! 5 Stars from me !”
“I gave them a call because I had a concern about a strange noise coming from the driver's side front wheel. They were very thorough in trying to figure out what it was they fixed it and I am very grateful!! And my required VA safety test as well.
They were very professional, and happy to answer any questions. And even though they did not have shuttle service in the pouring rain they took me home and brought my vehicle back after they fixed it and I really appreciate that kind of attention to detail.
Not only will I returned as a customer but anyone in need of Mechanical Services I would definitely send them there.

“My 2014 Subaru Crosstrek's air conditioner had been slowly crapping out for the last couple of years and we finally decided that we couldn't suffer through another summer. After some troubleshooting on our part we dropped it off at Waterloo and had a diagnosis fairly quickly-she needed a new compressor, expensive but necessary!
They got my Subie fixed right up within a 24 hour period, when I was expecting her to be gone for a couple of days, and did a fantastic job for a fair price.

“It was a great experience from beginning to end! I purchased a Tonneau cover for my truck. They showed me 4 or 5 that they had on the showroom floor, explained the ends and outs for each, i made my decision, ordered it and went back 4 or 5 days later for the installation. No problems, No issues! Everyone in the shop was an absolute blast! I was in “stitches” the entire time, especially when Jeremiah showed up. OMG, i never stopped laughing the entire time?
