“As I have driven all over the United States and visited many businesses. I appreciate the hospitality of this Jiffy Lube. When I arrived I was greeted and told welcome to Jiffy Lube, and asked if I was there for an oil change? I told them I have a lot of driving to do the next week and just needed my tires checked and a top off of my oil, if needed.
I remembered, Jiffy Lube has a national warranty and I can visit any Jiffy Lube during my 3,000 my service window to have my fluids checked, etc
Within minutes I was greeted by their service advisor, who took my information and put my car in line.
I met the manager Greg, and chatted about my vehicle and any questions I had. He told me they would be done in a few minutes.
Sure enough in about 10 minutes I was told my vehicle was done and was in my way.
Even though I did not need an oil change on this visit I was treated as I have been on past visits like a valued customer.

“I took my husband's car here last Saturday late afternoon and they worked us in without a problem. We got a ride home and authorized the work by phone with a plan to p/u the car before closing, which I believed was 7 pm. We got there by 630 pm and to our surprise the lights were out =/!! My son and I walked around the bay and found the guy who had helped us, Edward, who was about to drive away in his own car to go home after a long day. Pleading and waving our arms, he saw us running towards him, and without hesitation, he ran back with us to re-open the store, open our ticket, and take our payment. Thank G-d for Edward and people like him for helping us out so selflessly. I hope he gets promoted if he's not the manager yet.
