“Service was outstanding! Someone flung their door open on my vehicle door and it caused some paint damage. I went to caliber collision through my insurance, and now I know I will not take it anywhere else. The receptionist and the service member that fixed my vehicle were both professional and had great personalities. Not only did Calvin take into consideration when I really needed my vehicle back, but he also came and picked me up a mile away from the shop when I told him I had to walk and will be there in a few minutes. Great service and I would highly recommend!”

My 2004 Pilot’s mounding was shot. Another place recommended flying it back. Steve recommended replacement of molding and glass. Glad I went with Virginia Glass. “Had to get my car inspected today. I anticipated a wait because it is a holiday. There was only one technician, they usually have two, so I was prepared to spend a long morning. Very pleasant surprise, the technician that was performing inspections is amazing!! Very professional and courteous, getting the vehicles inspected and moving on to the next with a smile. “My safety inspection sticker was due to expire at the end of this month. So I came into the shop to get my inspection. Because it was Friday afternoon, and the last weekday of the month, the car line was understandibly long. However, the inspector's name tag read, "Happy". I don't know if that's his real name, but it cheered me up a bit. He pointed out that I needed to replace a rusted out muffler clamp. So I agreed, since the car wouldn't pass inspection without this being fixed. Mr. "Happy" mechanic/inspector fixed it right up. I know these guys work very hard for their pay. So I am gratefull for your service - Mr. "Happy" :)”

“I was pleased with my experience with Caliber. The work was done right. My car was completed early. They kept me informed of the progress. They detailed the interior prior to returning the car.I only have two notes for improvement: 1) There are two Caliber Collision places on the same street, which I didn’t realize. So, it would probably be a good idea for the front desk staff to talk to people about that during scheduling. Also, the traffic there is awful at certain times due to a nearby school. That would be worth mentioning, too. 2) The parking lot for the Caliber at the corner of University and Wellington is small and has limited ability to turn around. I had to make a couple passes looking for a spot because there were 2 trucks taking up 4 spaces. That’s the breaks, but I was concerned by how much trash was scattered in the parking lot in the one decent area for turning around. I did not want a flat tire. I realize that stuff is liable to fall off broken cars, but it made me wonder how often they sweep up. I was there first thing in the morning, so I would have expected it to be clean from the night before.Still, bottom line, I was pleased and would use them again.”
