“Visiting this place is always an adventure because of how massive it is and the sheer variety of things you can find. It is the best spot to stock up on everything from giant packs of snacks to household essentials, which really helps with planning ahead. The food court is a must-visit for a quick and very affordable bite after finishing all that walking through the wide aisles. Even though it can get incredibly crowded, especially on weekends, the checkout lines move surprisingly fast because the staff is so efficient. It feels like you always discover something new and unexpected every time you walk through the doors.”
“Excellent store. The manager Robert was super helpful and professional not only with us but with everyone he was helping out. Been a long time since I saw a manager really go above and beyond. The guys who helped us take our furniture to the car were also extremely nice and professional. This is my go to Homesense from now on!”

“Used to be a Rite Aid, so it’s really big! One of the nicer Dollar Tree locations I’ve been too, it’s pretty clean, organized, and pretty well stocked.
Only downside is that there’s very limited options with products, not a lot of variety despite it being such a big store.”

“This is a great place to pickup lost or last minute phone and electronic accessories. Things like Hdmi cords, ear buds and phone chargers can be purchased for under 8 dollars. Most places want 15 to 20 dollars for the same products”
“If you’re looking for dumpling lids, neon items, or squishy toys, this is a great place to check out. The dumpling lids are usually available on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Customer service is good, and the staff is friendly, helpful, and quick to answer questions. and it could benefit from having more cashiers since two cashiers seem to handle a lot. Overall, a good shopping experience.”

They never disappoint and Rae is the STAR of this dollar tree! “Generally a good store, but it was freezing inside! Not sure if their heat was out or what, but 20 mins shopping inside and I had to check out quickly to leave—brrrrr! Got some fun holiday decor items though.”
“Convenient and has a wide variety of items. April, the manager is friendly. Other Staff appear to be non productive and non attentive to the stores needs for organization. Probably due to the distraction of their cell phone usage, especially at the cash register. This store is often unorganized.”
“Stopped by and had the most pleasant experience with Ms. Geargia. I hope this is her name -she is has pretty curly hair. Her personality is bubbly and friendly. She was beyond helpful. Great customer service in comparison to another individual that seemed to be a manager.”

“I am able to find most things. Clothes are organized and are where they are supposed to be. Better to go there on week days and NOT weekends, they seem to have a shortage of cashier staff and the line can easily extend too long.
During the holiday rush, I was surprised to still find some of my favorite items. Also to my surprise, the store was orderly aisles in order and not items thrown on the floor all over. I found some classic sneakers. I'm always good to go at Burlington!”

“What a clean and well organized store. First time seeing such dollar tree locations with shelves full and mind you we went there half hour before closing, any other location would be mess and empty but this one, beautiful. I went for one item but got 12 items and there were so many more things to explore. Keep it up associates, excellent job. “Needed to grab some Minecraft good bag items for my sons upcoming birthday party. I’ve been in Five Below before, so I was somewhat familiar with their inventory. First, the store was very clean, organized and fully stocked with SO many items that I had to rethink my entire decision on goodie bag purchases. I was assisted by two amazingly talented people that helped me from the moment I walked into the store through the checkout process. Both employees were friendly, courteous and knowledgeable of exactly where each items were located within the store. Totally rate the experience a 10/10, on all levels.”
“I had to take the time out to express a thank you to the cashier Tiffany. This woman is phenomenal. Her line was backed up and the only cashier since I've been going to dollar tree who always keeps a smile and shows the upmost respect. I needed help looking for a fan for my mother and when I asked another female associate who was stocking shelves she was very rude and told me I needed to look for it myself. Tiffany's line was backed up and was kind enough to stop what she was doing to guide me to what I was looking for.
People like her is what you need in customer service.Thank you Tiffany for being so patient and kind. You were amazing.”

“Many shelves were quite empty, and a lot of items were out of stock. I was looking for some basic necessities but couldn’t find what I needed. The location is very good—right in the center of Fairfax, next to groceries 99 Ranch mart —but the product selection is not very complete. Because of that, I wasn’t very satisfied with my visit.
