“I came in for a rapid test to rule out COVID/Flu and strep. Scheduling the appointment was easy, check in was simple through an online form, and I was seen for my visit almost immediately. The staff was kind, and Dr. Shoja took time to ask me about my symptoms and do a quick check which was much more than I anticipated going in. I greatly appreciate the quick care and thorough that provided!”
“I have been to this patient first many times over the past two years. The doctors and staff who check you in are excellent. I have not been impressed with some of the other healthcare professionals (e.g., one of the people who did my X-ray and a few people who draw blood). Having said that, I have witnessed exceptional care and compassion over the years. One time, I waited for well over an hour (might've been 2) with a horrible sore throat. A month or two later, I received a letter in the mail from Patient First acknowledging the long wait time and apologizing. It very much depends on the staff, but overall, I think you're likely to receive quality care.”
