“Such a cute gift shop, I had a difficult time deciding what to purchase! I finally landed on this fish gurgle pitcher, which comes in fun colors and different sizes. Items here are reasonably priced and the staff are very friendly.”
“Went for a quick look and found 3 pieces we liked and a picture right away. Two hours later it was delivered and set up in our den. We will definitely go back for more great pieces!”
“To get there there is a back road to turn into their front parking lot. In the spring/Summer they have more inventory. Their prices are cheaper than McDonald's garden center in Virginia Beach. This past summer they were selling some pots that were also sold at Mcdonald Garden Center. Danny (I think that was his name, horrible memory today) was so kind. He held a nice conversation during our time shopping. He does offer some consignment options for local artists. I love that he supports the locals in that area. Not only do they have pottery, but lots of decorative items and a section that I'll call the "yard sale."Do not let the exterior scare you. Everything is great.”
“I had no idea the treat I was in pulling up this shop! I have passed by a bunch and seen the stuff outside but always been “too busy” to stop. Today, I finally stopped, Robert greeted me immediately, such a lovely and humble man, explained the shop to me then left me alone to browse. I purchased what I thought was just a bird on a piece of wood, that Robert made. As I was pulling out Robert’s wife, Tracy was pulling in, who was so lovely, she stopped me. She wanted to see the bird, she likes to see all of Robert’s work and she didn’t have a chance to see this one before it was sold. She explained Robert’s history to Cape Charles which was so amazing. I wasn’t just purchasing a bird on wood, I was purchasing more…if you are in Cape Charles, stop by this charming store. Say hi to these loving people and check out these birds, they are amazing, in more ways than one.”
