The team at Just In Detail clearly takes pride in their work. They didn’t rush, they paid attention to every detail, and they were professional and friendly from start to finish. My wife was speechless when she saw how clean her Odyssey was — like it just rolled off the showroom floor.

One of my technicians had a huge emergency which then my car was still completed a week later that’s what you call HARD WORK AND DEDICATION. BROOKE was my estimator she was AMAZING she went out of her way to help me. She also kept me updated the entire time. she literally went above and beyond. THANK YOU BROOKE. The RECEPTIONIST was AMAZING as well. I called once with some concerns related to my car insurance and she was very knowledgeable and helpful. Yesterday as I was pulling up to the shop I had a devastating personal phone call crying like a baby lol … but I got myself together and went into the shop with a smile on my face even though it was hard due to my news I just thought about how good the people has been good to me since my car arrived to them. “I took my vehicle to Bay Custom Auto Collision after a minor accident, and while the damage seemed small, they ultimately ruled it as totaled due to the cost of parts and labor. Although I wasn’t happy with the outcome, the team remained professional and kept me updated on when they would assess the vehicle.
One thing to note is that they only communicated with the insurance company and did not offer any advice or alternative options directly to me. However, they allowed me to collect my personal items without any hassle and worked quickly so my vehicle wasn’t just sitting in their lot.
In the end, I left without a vehicle and had to purchase a new car, which was frustrating. While the process was smooth in terms of communication and efficiency, I would have appreciated more guidance on possible options.”

Barry also walked me through the process of the repair. My touch screen wasn’t working properly when I got my car back and the mechanic was nice enough to help me with it. The issue thankfully resolved by itself after my car cooled down. Indeed, great people you meet by accident!”

“Extremely happy with the service I got how to get my back bumper fixed the staff there are very kind very patient. Definitely worth five star on work alone the only negative I come up with is that they will tell you that your car is ready when it's not how about a six messages saying that was ready only to call them and find out that was going to take a little longer which is fine. Much rather wait for high quality work then I have them rush it just wish that they didn't tell me it was right when it wasn't lol. All great things worth the wait. Very happy would definitely use again.”

They keep you informed every step of the way via text message, and always make themselves accessible to any questions you should have. I highly recommend them.
