Was given updates regularly and they were always available to answer any questions I had. The work? Incredible, I had my 2001 Toyota 4Runner repaired and the whole vehicle repainted. The truck looks AMAZING!! The vehicle was spotless inside and out. Brandon (mechanic) was super helpful with helping get everything painted and put together exactly how I requested. The guy is a true pro. Brian (office personal) could not have been more helpful with keeping me up to date on the progress of work. “Windshield looks great, I appreciate the job. The only thing that created a 4 star and not a 5 star, is that I made an assumption when the car would likely be done. So I just decided to get a ride to the establishment to check. I arrived, my car was already in the parking lot. I'm not sure when it was finished, but wasn't told via phone or email. The second, is about an hour after I arrived home, a technician called to say my car was ready for pick up. Not even knowing the vehicle had left the lot already. Great service, but I think communication among your staff would really have made this a 5 star. Regardless, thank you for your work, and would return if necessary.”

“The work and service here is amazing. I have 0 complaints. I brought my car in for damage to my driver side doors, front bumper, and back bumper. After work was completed i picked my car up and went home realizing my car radio would not turn off when i opened my door. I called Stonewall Collision and told them about the issue they told me to come in. They discovered there was an issue with my door handle (not included in my repairs) and replaced the handle for me free of charge for the hassle. Everyone at Stonewall was very helpful and made me feel secure that they would help me fix my car. They also worked with my complex schedule to fit me in to do the repair. I highly recommend.”
