“This is the absolute best place to have your auto body work done. The entire staff is just wonderful. You will be treated with personal care from start to finish. The body shop manager, Red, is the best. He will ensure your complete satisfaction for any and all work you need. I never imagined my bumper would be so perfect, it looks brand new and beautiful. I thought I needed a new one, but Red made it new and saved me a lot of money. They are a certified mercedes body shop, and you will be wise to use this body shop if you are in Virginia Beach! I want to thank Hamon's for all your efforts and kindness! Ann Wells”

“Tran Auto Body and Painting is by far the best shop I’ve ever dealt with, and that’s thanks to Vinny. He’s incredibly knowledgeable and has an eye for detail that sets him apart. From the moment I brought my car in, Vinny took the time to carefully inspect the damage and explain exactly what needed to be done. He correctly analyzed the issue and gave me a more than fair estimate — no upselling, no pressure, just honest and professional service. His attention to detail is outstanding. Every part of the repair was done with precision, and the final result genuinely exceeded my expectations. My car didn’t just look fixed — it looked better than it did before the damage. On top of the high-quality work, Vinny’s customer service is top tier. He’s friendly, communicative, and clearly takes pride in making sure every customer leaves happy. I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else. If you want someone who knows their stuff, treats you fairly, and delivers excellent results, Vinny at Tran Auto Body and Painting is the one to see!!”

“Thank you Classic Collision for taking my car! A previous collision center refused to work with me because I was self pay and was only willing to go through my insurance. Not only were you willing to appraise it (which they refused to do as well), the estimated cost and time for the repair sounded very reasonable. You kept it within the budget and timeframe, and I really appreciate that. My car looks FABULOUS.”

“I called in the morning answered first ring told him I needed an emergency belt change because I had to make a two hour drive! He came to my car which was a Mercedes 2007 e350 and changed my serpentine belt. My belt was shredded and wrapped around one of my pulleys front to back. Needless to say, 30 mins tops my belt was changed car was working and I was on the road ! He also informed me of my other issues, pointing out each part and explaining to me why my belt is being chewed up. I appreciate it! Thank you so much !!!”
