“Truly incredible service! Brought my car in for a simple interior detailing, but once they got it into the shop, the car wouldn't start. They did a quick diagnosis, found the problem, and replaced the bad sparkplugs for only the cost of parts. What I thought was going to be a protracted mess of getting it towed out and serviced at a mechanic was over in under an hour thanks to the team's dedication to going above and beyond. Communication throughout the whole ordeal was clear, consistent, and reassuring. And on top of all that, the car came back with a spotlessly clean interior. A phenomenal team of people who I can't recommend enough.”
“10/10, will use again if needed in the future. Everyone with Bay Custom was professional & helpful. They completed the repairs in a timely fashion & communicated regularly thoroughly the process.”
“This is the place to get your body work done! Gene and the crew were so patient as I worked through insurance challenges, and did a great job repairing my vehicle. You can’t even tell anything ever happened! They even washed it and shined the tires when it was done. You never hope to need a body shop, but if you find yourself searching, this is the place to go.”

“I had a wonderful experience with this team and truly appreciate all of their help. From my very first phone call, Chelsea was incredibly friendly, pleasant, and helpful. She went above and beyond to get me scheduled within just two days so I could bring my car in to be looked over.
Clyde was just as friendly, knowledgeable, and informative. He took the time to thoroughly look over my car and point out things that were wrong with it that I was completely unaware of when I purchased it. He explained everything clearly and made sure I understood what he was seeing.
Both Chelsea and Clyde went above and beyond, and I am extremely appreciative of the time, kindness, and professionalism they showed me. I would definitely use their services again and highly recommend them to anyone who needs their expertise. Thank you both for such a great experience!

“I had to take my truck in for a repair so I went to another dealer. I'm sorry I did. But I finally got to checkered flag!!! They had the most wonderful staff!! They listen to the client and try to get to the root of your visit. My truck is fixed and I couldn't be happier!! WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE WITH CHECKERED FLAG ON JEFFERSON AVE!!!”
“So in reading the reviews, a lot of people were complaining in mechanical regards. The name literally has auto body and paint repair, but okay. The gentlemen was nothing but extremely polite, punctual and did exactly what I asked. In a day in age that that type of service is far fetched, sayin this particular filed. He replaced my sunroof and did minor body work associated with the damaged glass. Most shops were closed due to the holiday season and he was open, literally called me the next day after I contacted insurance and got me right in with a great turn around time. I will be sure to keep this shop in mind to utilize in the future.Services: Body & Trim”
