They did a quick diagnosis, found the problem, and replaced the bad sparkplugs for only the cost of parts. What I thought was going to be a protracted mess of getting it towed out and serviced at a mechanic was over in under an hour thanks to the team's dedication to going above and beyond. Communication throughout the whole ordeal was clear, consistent, and reassuring. And on top of all that, the car came back with a spotlessly clean interior. “Since purchased new in 1996, my ‘96 Suburban has been painted completely once. Over time it has been spot painted multiple times. The clear coat was failing on the hood and there were other areas that the sun had damaged over time. My 30 year old Suburban warranted much needed new paint. Took the truck to Maaco in Suffolk and I am extremely pleased with the overall finished product. The entire truck was painted and the rubber trim was replaced at the top of the lower silver trim area. My truck looks wonderful again! I highly recommend this business to anyone for their work and exceptional customer service.”

“This is my second time using Caliber. The first time was my wife’s RAV4 and they did an excellent job. This time was my 4Runner and I only trust THIS specific Caliber as I’ve known them since before caliber purchased them. So I picked up my truck and after a few days I noticed a lot of orange peel in the rear hatch and the tint was stretched. I called them back and they asked me to bring it back and they’d have the tint replaced and the orange peel buffed out. The following day I was told the lead painter wanted to just respray the hatch to do it correctly. I picked it up a few days later and it was corrected and a perfect repair. I can’t speak highly enough about Caliber Collision Smithfield!! You won’t be disappointed!!”

“I took my vehicle to Bay Custom Auto Collision after a minor accident, and while the damage seemed small, they ultimately ruled it as totaled due to the cost of parts and labor. Although I wasn’t happy with the outcome, the team remained professional and kept me updated on when they would assess the vehicle.
One thing to note is that they only communicated with the insurance company and did not offer any advice or alternative options directly to me. However, they allowed me to collect my personal items without any hassle and worked quickly so my vehicle wasn’t just sitting in their lot.
In the end, I left without a vehicle and had to purchase a new car, which was frustrating. While the process was smooth in terms of communication and efficiency, I would have appreciated more guidance on possible options.”

Barry also walked me through the process of the repair. My touch screen wasn’t working properly when I got my car back and the mechanic was nice enough to help me with it. “Extremely happy with the service I got how to get my back bumper fixed the staff there are very kind very patient. Definitely worth five star on work alone the only negative I come up with is that they will tell you that your car is ready when it's not how about a six messages saying that was ready only to call them and find out that was going to take a little longer which is fine. Much rather wait for high quality work then I have them rush it just wish that they didn't tell me it was right when it wasn't lol. All great things worth the wait. Very happy would definitely use again.”

“I took my 2025 Tahoe Premier to Classic Collision in Carrollton after it was hit by a golf ball in the back passenger door. The work involved repairing the ball indent, and paint for the two doors as it had to be faded / blended between the two doors. I cannot say how thrilled I am with the finished work! My hubby and I both looked the work over with a fine tooth comb and could not find a hint of where the damage was or where the old paint met the new paint! I am absolutely thrilled with the work done at Classic Collision ! Alex Mears and his team are top notch for customer service and performance! I highly recommend the shop to anyone and everyone!”
