“They squeezed me in at the end of their day and fixed this bend in my rim. *NOTICE* They DON'T actually sell the service to fix bent rims but I gave the go-ahead. I can personally fix ugly but I can't fix bent. I say 10/10 amazing job. While waiting I ordered new wheels because I'm sorely disappionted in these enkie's bending. I'll be returning to get my tires put on the new wheels this week. Fast, very reasonable prices, and good people.”
“I had such a great experience at Economy Tire Express today! Naas (apologies if I misspell the name) was incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional. Even though the shop clearly had plenty going on, he made me a priority without an appointment. He replaced all four of my valve stems quickly and at a very fair price, and even gave my tires an extra check to make sure everything was safe before I left.

“Very honest mechanics. I called the shop right when my car was pulled over and overheating. They gave great advice to not try to move it and tow it straight to their shop saving me from potential further damage. They took care of the problem and found another issue as well and replaced the part, even showing me the wore out part they removed. The prices are within range of their competitors and they kept in touch calling me with every thing they came across for my approval to address. For the work I had done two days in the shop was very reasonable. They had done work to my car in the past I was pleased with as well. Many thanks!”
“My son's dad blew a tire while driving to pick up our son, on a highway in Wakefield, on a Sunday night when nothing is opened. I called AAA for Roadside Assistance and we were quoted roughly an hour before Dave's was able to show up due to other calls ahead of us. Dave's contacted me to ask a few questions and told me multiple times to please be safe. Much to our surprise, our 1 hour wait was only a 15 minute wait. Ryan was so incredibly helpful, kind and efficient. We had a happy kiddo knowing he didn't have to stay sitting in a parking lot for an hour.
We will most definitely be referring people in your service areas based on the great customer service we received.

“After having a bad experience with the Henry Tires in Hampton off of Mercury (selling me a warped tire, and then installing it on the wrong side of the car) I ended up here not realizing they are affiliated, after I searched “used tires near me”. Shaun was willing to fix my situation, but only partially. He offered to replace the tire that was sold to me damaged, but I still needed a tire; for the tire I needed replaced in the first place. He advised that I call the store and see what they were willing to do. After I called and fussed, the receptionist in the Hampton location notified me of the policy they have for “no warranty on used tires” I requested to speak with a manager and she let me know that was Shaun. After the Hampton location pushed the problem off to him, he cleaned up their mess, correcting it all. I got my tires replaced and he did it in under 30 mins, as I was dealing with a fussy toddler. I appreciate him for making it right.”

“I took my 2010 Lincoln MKZ to Ferguson's auto motor repair because it was missing and cutting back whenever I drove it. 2 days ago the engine light came on and my car was shaking terribly. The amazing thing about it is that they discovered that I needed a tune-up, but I had a tune-up last year, and the work was done incorrectly. Not only that, they checked my brakes and front end because I had some an easiness about the way the car drove. They did a complete tune-up , check my brakes and front end, and now my car runs beautifully. Thank you Ferguson automotive repair shop!”
