“Super professional. I came and got a used tire and 10mins later while driving the pressure dropped to 20. I left right before they closed . I called and made the owner aware and he immediately said “Bring it back I’ll wait.” He tested the tire and it wasn’t the tire he sold me it was the tire valve and he replaced it for me. I will return and suggest others to give him their business. ?”

“First of all Dean is one of the best guys you will ever meet he will do anything to help keep you on the road his prices are reasonable and fair. I buy all my tires from him never had an issue and I have a dedicated route to Texas every week I buy new and used from here. I have a 2020 T680 he does most of my work when I'm in town. The three gentlemen that I deal with a great and have great customer service. I forget their names but it's too young guys one black one white that are very good and I can't forget my man from York. No company is perfect and a lot of time in the trucking industry when you're frustrated you sometime take it out on the people that's trying to help you. Trust me go by there they'll take good care of you no one or company is perfect. I run a military contract and they have always done me right

“I’ve never had a bad experience with the staff here. Shortly after buying my car, I had a few issues (manufacturer error), and they immediately took care of everything. From setting me up with a rental to getting the parts and repairs done quickly, they made sure I was always taken care of. Whenever I come in for routine service, the wait is never long, and the team is always professional and friendly.
My two service advisors, Mr. Mike and Ms. Kelly, have been amazing! I recently made a mistake about where I could get my car serviced, and Ms. Kelly went out of her way to help explain my situation to the manager and get it sorted out. Truly outstanding!”

Came in because there was a large screw in my front tire. I was told a price and the amount of time to repair it. They didn't try to up sell me with a new set of tires. Instead, plugged the tire for the price mentioned.

“LONG story short. Got a flat and was in a really tough spot. I knew nothing of Firestone but needed a tire desperately. They were the closest to me and open the earliest. The lady (Savanah) who helped me went above and beyond to say the least. She not only helped me get on the road as fast as she possibly could she changed the entire dynamic of my situation. She was so kind and caring that it helped calmed me in a very overwhelming situation. Even the mechanic who fixed the tire for me showed genuine compassion. I didnt expect that but these two absolutely made my morning way better than it could have been. “The staff was very understanding of my situation when I spoke with them over the phone. They let me know that I could wait in the lobby in case they had any cancellations and were able to fit me in.
Once they took my vehicle back, they installed four new tires in less than an hour. The service was quick, professional, and greatly appreciated, especially since I didn’t have a scheduled appointment.
They also have a really nice selection of wheels in stock. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for quality tire service and a good selection of wheels.”
