“Super professional. I came and got a used tire and 10mins later while driving the pressure dropped to 20. I left right before they closed . I called and made the owner aware and he immediately said “Bring it back I’ll wait.” He tested the tire and it wasn’t the tire he sold me it was the tire valve and he replaced it for me. “First of all Dean is one of the best guys you will ever meet he will do anything to help keep you on the road his prices are reasonable and fair. I buy all my tires from him never had an issue and I have a dedicated route to Texas every week I buy new and used from here. I have a 2020 T680 he does most of my work when I'm in town. The three gentlemen that I deal with a great and have great customer service. I forget their names but it's too young guys one black one white that are very good and I can't forget my man from York. No company is perfect and a lot of time in the trucking industry when you're frustrated you sometime take it out on the people that's trying to help you. Trust me go by there they'll take good care of you no one or company is perfect. I run a military contract and they have always done me right

“I’ve never had a bad experience with the staff here. Shortly after buying my car, I had a few issues (manufacturer error), and they immediately took care of everything. From setting me up with a rental to getting the parts and repairs done quickly, they made sure I was always taken care of. Whenever I come in for routine service, the wait is never long, and the team is always professional and friendly.
My two service advisors, Mr. Mike and Ms. Kelly, have been amazing! I recently made a mistake about where I could get my car serviced, and Ms. Kelly went out of her way to help explain my situation to the manager and get it sorted out. Truly outstanding!”

Came in because there was a large screw in my front tire. I was told a price and the amount of time to repair it. They didn't try to up sell me with a new set of tires. Instead, plugged the tire for the price mentioned.
