“First of all Dean is one of the best guys you will ever meet he will do anything to help keep you on the road his prices are reasonable and fair. I buy all my tires from him never had an issue and I have a dedicated route to Texas every week I buy new and used from here. I have a 2020 T680 he does most of my work when I'm in town. The three gentlemen that I deal with a great and have great customer service. I forget their names but it's too young guys one black one white that are very good and I can't forget my man from York. No company is perfect and a lot of time in the trucking industry when you're frustrated you sometime take it out on the people that's trying to help you. Trust me go by there they'll take good care of you no one or company is perfect. I run a military contract and they have always done me right

“Well? Let start by saying, that last night I was not prepared to be stranded in my vehicle. But there l was, sitting in my truck and it wasn't going anywhere. So,had to call Roadside Assistance to get towed toTire Choice Service and Repair. They we're very good with cumin cations and keeping me informed of every aspect of the Roadside Assistance with my insurance company. The manager there was so nice and her staff of was excellent in performing the repairs to my vehicle. They we're informative in what parts that I needed to make the customer happy. They have excellent customer service and they went above and beyond to really take care of the customer. I really appreciate them getting me back on the road.A+ all the way for everyone. Thanks again guys and ladies.”

“I went in to get new rear brakes installed. I was greeted by a young man by the name of CJ who was very helpful.
Turned out I need rotors as well while the tech was working on my vehicle, which CJ notified me immediately to make sure I was ok with proceeding.
Following all the work being done I met with CJ to square up my debt owed for the service & parts. To my surprise CJ had found a promotional running that lowered my bill! Seeing I no longer needed to off load a kidney was amazing. I paid and reclaimed my vehicle and road off into the sunset.
Thank you Tire Choice team and thank you CJ for saving an organ! Cheers 🍻”

Left another near tire place that I'll not name, that over the phone claimed to have my tire size 245/40/20 but waited 30 mins and the worker was lost. contacted Henry's waiting at other place, they verified I drove over and had my tire and rim installed in about 15 mins not including the 8 minute travel time
there. Shout outs to Henrys.”

“Nissan of Hampton continues to exclusively service my 2018 Nissan Altima SV that was purchased new when it was POMOCO. I have had nothing but but good experiences with the new people running the service department at Nissan of Hampton. From setting me up with a rental to getting the parts and repairs done quickly, they made sure I was always taken care of. Whenever I come in for routine service, the wait is never long, and the team is always professional and friendly.
My two service advisors, Mr. Mike and Ms. Kelly, have been amazing! I recently made a mistake about where I could get my car serviced, and Ms. Kelly went out of her way to help explain my situation to the manager and get it sorted out. Truly outstanding!”

“LONG story short. Got a flat and was in a really tough spot. I knew nothing of Firestone but needed a tire desperately. They were the closest to me and open the earliest. The lady (Savanah) who helped me went above and beyond to say the least. She not only helped me get on the road as fast as she possibly could she changed the entire dynamic of my situation. She was so kind and caring that it helped calmed me in a very overwhelming situation. Even the mechanic who fixed the tire for me showed genuine compassion. I didnt expect that but these two absolutely made my morning way better than it could have been. I will be using them for everything from now on because of the amazing customer service provided by Savanah and her associate! THANK YOU 😊”

“The staff was very understanding of my situation when I spoke with them over the phone. They let me know that I could wait in the lobby in case they had any cancellations and were able to fit me in.
Once they took my vehicle back, they installed four new tires in less than an hour. The service was quick, professional, and greatly appreciated, especially since I didn’t have a scheduled appointment.
They also have a really nice selection of wheels in stock. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for quality tire service and a good selection of wheels.”
