“All Awesome Movers live up to their name. Awesome service with competitive pricing. we moved from NoVA to the Richmond area (apartment living) which normally would cost an arm and a leg bc many moving companies charge the travel time, gas, u name it. But All Awesome was fair in their pricing, affordable and quick/efficient. We did the packing and had everything ready to move minus the big stuff (furniture’s, bed, etc.). The movers worked quick, were on time and dissembled/assembled our Tempurpedic. They also took great care in packing/padding our furniture and tvs. Nothing was damaged in the drive or move and unloading was just as quick. I highly recommend you give them a try or at least call for a quote. We will be using them in the future if we move again.”

“What a seamless process to schedule and use mi-box! After a short phone call to learn the box options I had a box scheduled for delivery and pick up within minutes. The Fairfax mi-box team was helpful and efficient in explaining the process and options. Drop off, load, and then pick up! I’ll never rent a truck to move my belongings again! Since they know moving and storage, they shared names of trusted movers to help load my box and move me out of state in a few months. I have such peace of mind using this trusted family run company!”
“UNITS has been the best solution for me and my clients in the Greater Fredericksburg area - including Caroline and King George counties!! The UNIT was able to be placed exactly where they needed it and allowed them to take their time packing. We were able to coordinate additional support to help fill the UNIT and was less stressful than most "moving days" where it all has to be done at once. Both clients made it to Florida with ease in their personal vehicles and their belongings arrived shortly thereafter. As a REALTOR, I decided to start using the UNITS to destage one house and have the items delivered to the next house and that has been a game changer!!! So much easier than renting trucks and in and out of storage units. The communication and coordination have been phenomenal! Highly recommend Kris and her crew for all things moving, staging, and storage!!”

“Although my first impressions of All Pro Movers was less than stellar and was about to give up, I had the great opportunity to have the Chris (customer service) take over as my rep. He singlyhandedly turned my view of All Pro around and made me extremely happy with my choice of movers. His professionalism, follow through and empathy were amazing. If you do use All Pro, insist on Chris being your representative. You will NOT regret it. My original sales person was not great at all and don't trust him as far as I can throw him, but during one of my calls to All Pro, I happen to get the sales department in error and spoke with a wonder young lady (wish I got her name), but if I had her as my original sales person, I would be giving All Pro all 10s on this review. What an awesome person she was...extremely informative and upfront with exactly what I should expect. All Pro, you need to hire more people like Chris and the female salesperson You'd be the Number 1 mover in America if you did! Thank you Chris for all your hard work.”

Mark visited our home to see all items needing to be moved and Laurie was very responsive and meticulous on ensuring everything went as planned. Our packers and movers were efficient and careful. “Generally positive experience renting a portion of a U-Pack trailer to move from DC to New Mexico. Super friendly customer service and the move itself was easy. Be sure to tie down your stuff well; ours was shaken up quite a bit in the move. My only criticism is that the website makes it seem as if you can use as much space as you want over 5 linear feet and will be charged accordingly. This is not true. The bulkhead can only be installed every two feet (on the odd numbers), so we were charged for 9 feet even though we only used 7 feet and change. I'm not sure why they even allow people to reserve 8feet (as we did) if it's a guarantee that using 8ft will get you charged for 9.”

“PODS was super fantastic with helping with our move out of military quarters (in Virginia). Due to a new job in Michigan, we decided to do a partial do-it-yourself move, with half of our stuff moved via POD and half with the movers, going into storage. I made a mistake by ordering the small 8ft container, however, PODS customer service was able to help us out by trading out the small container for the 16ft container the next day. They also refunded the amount we paid for the initial container and only charged a $75 dollar fee for the trade. All of the drivers (for each drop off and pick up) were super professional and courteous, and each one called prior to arrival to offer a window timeframe. We have used PODS to move a few times, and every time they have been dependable, helpful, and professional, definitely a five star experience every time!”
