“Rick's team packaged an impressionist painting from 1916 for me to transport to Germany via airplane as bulk luggage. The painting incl. frame and glass survived the three flights unharmed. It was very well packed and complied (just so) with the maximum weight and size. A handle made it possible for me to carry it to the taxi. We are very happy how everything worked out, also regarding the correspondence and planning with Rick's team in advance to the trip.”

“Marcio was amazing in May when I needed to ship a package and have across the state as soon as possible. He was kind and empathetic. The package was for the funeral home taking care of my father’s burial. I understood with the price and the shipping I chose and paid it would get there just in time in about 2 days. But the next day the funeral home told me they had received the package.
I just want to give my local store a shout out of thank you for your help.”

“I am here multiple times a week picking up packages and have been for years. I have a mailbox here and share another one with a friend. Every employee there gives top notch service and they all know me by name and my box number. Feels really good to get my mail here rather than get it stolen at my apartment. The few returns and shipments I've sent I've also never had an issue with. They have never mishandled my packages. This store gets really busy and I sometimes completely packed and that's mainly because the area needs a second location but this is a really great store either way, they get through people fast. I've rented boxes at other locations here and in Colorado and Florida but this location is best one I've had.”
“I always come to this location for my returns. The staff is very professional but also personable, especially Nichole. She is always friendly and willing to help with my returns! I have personally seen her help customers do an entire return because they couldn’t figure it out and she was patient and kind! Great job on the owners for having such amazing staff here!”
“Had two separate home deliveries completed by Estes. Drivers called in advance. Crates were undamaged. Boxes were not dented. Drivers were nothing short of outstanding! Items placed perfectly in staging area. Had me examing crates/boxes before having me sign. This is true professionalism.”

“I used to live in Cave Spring but moved out to the northern part of the city, but I still come down to the area to just get to this place for my shipping errands. The service is top notch, the atmosphere is cozy and friendly and yet hands down professional. Rhet was absolutely knowledgeable, friendly, kind and will get your shipping needs solved without any issues. They also stock locally made art pieces including handmade post cards, which are absolutely beautiful and even cheaper than bulk made corporate post cards, you will be surprised as you will be a bit dazed once you enter the store you might be mistaken thinking this was an art store! 11/10 service and would absolutely visit here again in the future.
