“After an embarrassing encounter with a concrete wall in a parking garage, I found myself traipsing around Chantilly, gathering quotes to fix my blunder, out-of-pocket. The first two quotes I received were $1800 and $3900 (what?! why?! how, Carstar?!!!). Feeling confused and defeated, I decided to pull into Sam Auto Body… the reviews were fabulous, after all. Immediately, Mo at the front desk put me at ease, did a quick quote ($1300), answered all my questions about why the quotes were so incredibly different between the three shops for the same work, and was just generally incredibly patient with this middle-aged spaz. He got my car in the very next afternoon and I had it back not even a full two days later! She looks gorgeous and when I went to pick her up, she had been completely washed and shined! I highly recommend this shop! Mo made it a wonderful, much less stressful experience. I’ve already told my MIL we’re taking her van there, because, well, my husband has always said his mother and I are too much alike and, behold, she made the same exact parking garage blunder! Go, you won’t be disappointed!”

He had my Lexus RX 350 finished 5 days earlier than expected! The repair was done with unbelievable detail and beauty. I never imagined my SUV could look brand new again. “I had a car accident where someone ran into my street parked car while it was unoccupied. My insurance sent me to Caliber to get the damages fixed. I brought my brother and we talked to Jamie initially and talking to him you see how genuine of a person he is! I felt confident leaving my car there and that it would be taken care of. I received regular updates on the car’s progress and when I called the customer service was great. Also as a female, I’m used to dealerships or auto shops trying to take advantage of overcharging or scamming me and Caliber Collision is the first body shop I felt comfortable that wouldn’t happen. They explained everything to me the same as my brother and dad on separate occasions and made sure I was satisfied with the end product. I highly recommend Caliber because I personally had an all around wonderful experience!”

“Sheriff and team are truly amazing and this is really the only place that I truly trust outside of the dealership to service my car. The first time I came was after a minor accident in which I lost a fender and messed up my paint. They fixed it in two days and the price was more than fair/reasonable. When I got my car back it looked like new AND it was cleaned. I came back a couple weeks later for an oil change and for a safety/emissions inspection. They do not offer safety/emissions inspections but offered to get it taken else where. They made sure that whatever work was needed to pass got done and again the prices were reasonable.
I really only see myself brining my car to A2Z outside of the dealership and am so grateful to the team and to Sheriff for the quality of service and the amazing customer experience that they provide.”
