“I cannot say enough good things about Artisan Autobody and the incredible job they did repairing my 2026 Honda Accord. My car was practically brand new when it was involved in an accident, so I was extremely particular about where I wanted it repaired and how the finished product would look.
Artisan absolutely exceeded my expectations. The quality of the repair is outstanding. Everything looks factory again, the paint match is perfect, the bodywork looks flawless, and you would never know the car had been in an accident. They clearly take a tremendous amount of pride in their work and pay attention to the details.
The entire process was handled professionally, and I felt confident that my car was being repaired correctly rather than simply being rushed out the door. “They fixed my Tesla!!! I got a dent on my Tesla and I have quoted several auto body shops. Those shops either said they can’t fix Tesla or gave me unreasonable prices. The owner Sheriff of A2Z shop is a very nice guy. He offered me unbeatable price. I’m total satisfied with the repair.”
“I had my car repaired through my insurance, and the insurance company recommended this shop. Zack was handling my repair.
The first time, they completed the work on time. However, when I picked up my car, I noticed that one part was missing. Zack told me they would order the part and install it within three days, but I never received a call.
Later, I also realized that some of the repair work had not been done properly. When I returned to the shop, Zack acknowledged the issue and said they would fix it at no additional cost because it was their mistake.
The most frustrating part has been the lack of communication. I have had to follow up multiple times, and they never call with updates. Instead, I have to keep visiting the shop in person. It’s now been almost two months since the original repair. Every time I go, I’m told, “We’ll complete it next week,” but I still haven’t received a call or had the remaining issues fixed.
Unfortunately, my experience has been disappointing. While they finished the initial repair on time, the poor communication, repeated delays, and failure to complete the job properly have made the entire process very frustrating.
Updating my previous review: Manager Johnny reached out to help me and resolved my issue as quickly as possible. He understood the problem and fixed it the same day. I really appreciate his professionalism and excellent customer service. Because of the way he handled everything, I’m happy to update my review from 1 star to 5 stars. Thank you, Johnny!”

“Caliber Collision provides the BEST body and paint repair in the USA. Upon my intense, close inspection after repair and paint I can see no evidence that my car had any work done. (That's exactly how it should be!) The paint (black metallic) was as good or better than the factory original.
The staff was friendly and completely professional. My car was given back to me much cleaner than when I dropped it off. Regular updates were provided to me regarding the expected finish time. They coordinated with the insurance company and Enterprise Rental Car so that the experience was totally stress free.
They even provide FREE popcorn!
