“I enjoyed my whole experience at Platinum auto body in Manassas. Mike and Ryan were a pleasure to work with, I was greeted as soon as I walked in, my repairs were evaluated right away, and my car was returned in the timeframe promised (which was earlier than a larger auto body repair shop) in Gainesville. The enterprise car rental was close by so convenient to get a rental while I waited. I also felt my car would be safe in their lot - there was parking available, which was not the case at the much larger automotive repair in Gainesville. My car was only a few months old before the accident and looks brand new again.”

“Came in for repair on a tricky dent near my gas, cap, and another dent with scratches and paint damage on my left rear door, Jun’s gave me a great quote after I’d spent an entire afternoon calling and visiting nearly all the auto body shops in my area. I was told the repair would be done in a little over a week, but the car was done before then and looked pristine, and they even threw in some paint correction around the car and washed and shined it too! Quick Service, great price, knowledgeable, technicians, and fantastic attention to detail, this is definitely going to be my go-to place for any auto body repairs And the first place I recommend to my friends and family!”
“This dealership showed me the utmost of respect and courtesy when buying a used vehicle. While being an employee of a competitor dealership. Zeshan Hayat treated me with the respect and courtesy of a returning customer. Although there was an extended wait for getting to the financial side I was compensated through a free oil change and the promise of a free detail of the vehicle due to the rain that had occurred during the transaction. Also Zeshan made sure that we had plenty of snacks and beverages during our wait which made the wait go by much faster. The last thing was the gift box that was sent to my address after purchasing a vehicle from Lindsay. As an employee from a competitor dealership I can say that this Level of customer service is unmatched from any other experience I have had while buying a vehicle from a dealership. “My experience with Rob's Customs & Restorations was a bit different from more recent reviews.
I brought my 87 Monte Carlo SS to Rob, due to engine issues I wasnt able to find or diagnose myself. In less than a month they were able to identify the issue and provide me a quote. He also gave me advice on reasonable engine options that may better fit my setup.
I moved out of state, due to my occupation, but Rob maintained contact and sent pictures and videos of the progress.Due to my position at the time and a newborn, I wasnt able to ship the vehicle back as soon as either of us would have preferred. Nonetheless, Rob maintained custody of my Monte without any issues and worked with me on scheduling. Even after receiving my vehicle Rob followed up and made sure everything was up to par without any issues.
I thank Rob and everyone at the shop for working with me and bringing my 406 back to life. (Included a couple photos from the shop)”
