The friendly atmosphere, the professionalism from all the employees we encountered and the care the owner shows not only too the customers but too his employees as well! On many occasions I have witnessed supervisors coaching and training their employees all while not sacrificing customer service. On one occasion my truck tailgate didn’t get cleaned well because my hitch was sticking out, totally my fault for not taking the hitch off, without hesitation my truck was put back through the Carwash and I was educated on the hitch being taken off prior to entering the Carwash. “This car wash is Touch-less, which means it doesn't have the traditional car washing straps that will leave swirl marks on your car. The pay machine didn't work for me, so I have to drive around and go back to the station and pay for the wash. Pricing is $8, $10, and $12. Bring your rags and car detailing chemicals for the after wash wipe down and your ride will be shining.”

“I like this Exxon located in Fair Lakes Shopping center off of Fair Lakes Parkway. Well, I happen to drive into the shopping center for gas. Based on using the GetUpside app. The gas station is fairly large and super clean even this early in the morning, but not busy or crowded. On this trip, the pumps were not working or offline. So, I was kind of disappointed because I was thinking I made this drive for nothing. But, fortunately the night attendant was coming outside and I had explained what I was seeing. He immediately investigated the issue and started the pumps up. I was really appreciative because it was a little cold and I freaky needed to fill the tank. He literally stopped what he was suppose do (clean the trash bins) to assist, and he didn't have to. I know that sometimes the pumps are reset in the early hours to change the prices or update the firmware. In any case, this station gets the 5-star rating because it's an experience that will bring me back again. I kind of feel sorry for the attendant because he's out there hustling to keep the station clean, which I think he's doing an amazing job. And as far as customer service, he nails it 100%. So pay this establishment a visit, and try it for yourself - clean location and great customer service.”
