“I gave DMV Hand was a try today & was IMPRESSED!!! I'll keep it simple. Pros: Very friendly, attention to detail, no brushes & overall a great job. Cons: Timely (because your vehicle literally gets hand washes expect to wait 30+ minutes). It also is on the pricey side, but I feel you are paying for a quality job.”

“I took my car in for an emissions inspection a few months ago. Everything went well. Took the car to the shop, waited a few hours, paid the bill and was on my way. A few weeks ago I brought my car in for an oil change. Same as before - took the car to the shop, waited a few hours, paid the bill and was on my way. Review your owner's manual to see what kind of service you need. Make an appointment and let him know what work you need to get done. He was honest twice. He won't try to upsell you or play any games. He's open Monday through Friday during the daytime. If you have to take some time off to have your car serviced, do it. I believe that it is well worth it.”

“Today, I was given the opportunity to wash my car, and I went to the car wash I've been going to for years. While existing the car, my ring fell into my backpack, and I reported loss. The manager there pulled a video of my purchase and caught me and told me the ring was in my bag. I've been going here since 1996 when I first moved to VA. Their services are the best, and I suggest that if you want your car washed with great service, come to Sonicsoft Car Wash. The gentleman Alexander, who works for Baker also aided me with finding my ring. His service will not be unnoticed”

“I was there yesterday and saw some great care and compassion. A gentleman had come thru to get his car wash in a wheelchair. He was an amputee, missing a leg. The ladies were so kind to him. I don't know her name, but the African-American girl with very long braids went outside, got him and pushed his wheelchair back to his waiting car, maneuvering it around some very difficult turns so he could easily get back in his car. It was nice to see how much they cared for the man. It made my afternoon.”
