“I was in the store last night & bought a beautiful Monet! I noticed there was another one and thought later it would be so lovely for my work. I called today & the man who answered took the time to look on the floor to see if it was still there. Unbeknownst to me he put it on hold after confirming it was there. When I had a small window of time between jobs, I called when minutes away from the store to ask if it was still there and be pulled to be held. The lady who answered informed me it was already being held for me! Customer service, in general, has gone down significantly - especially since Covid! This was so refreshing to be served in this way above and beyond! Thank you!”

“Amazing store and staffs. From the management to the associates everyone that work there are just amazing. The store manager is very nice and always ready to help. Last time I came in, as I left, I had a literal 1-second encounter with Male employee named 'Haris'. He was just greeting customers as they left. He had a very positive attitude, and even complimented me on my suit jacket I was wearing. Please treat him well”

“I've been coming to this Macy's for years now. However, If you were to ask me what side of the mall it is located, I'd have no idea! I just google map my way here. There is a parking garage conveniently located at one entrance (maybe more...) of the store.
This store has changed a lot compared to 10..20 years ago. There are fewer customer service desks on each level, making it harder to find someone to ask questions to or just to check out. There are some employees on the floor putting clothes away, but are still hard to find.
They still carry the same variety of items ranging from perfume/cologne, clothes, shoes, luggage, etc. I personally found it hard to find what I was looking for, but that could also be because I haven't been there in a while.”

“Marshall offers a wide variety of products at affordable prices. The store is well organized and it is easy to find what you need. The staff is friendly and helpful. It can be a little messy at times, but overall a great shopping experience.”
“My biggest complaint is the check out lines- not having enough open for the “rush” times of day is brutal. Second complaint is the produce section being a little less than needed (I wish this was a super Walmart). And the third complaint is the parking lot. These are tight spots and it always seems a bit chaotic. Otherwise- the store itself is great, the staff are usually friendly and helpful. Drive up pick up is usually pretty quick and easy.”
“Went shopping for clothes, being a bigger guy, they had a fair selection of options, just not in colors or styles I preferred, got some hankies and a strong shopping bag with spring flowers on it.”

“I love target. Absolutely love their bakery department. All sweet ladies. I asked for a last minute 24 cupcake order and wanted the frosting bright pink, the bakery chef got it done in less than one hour. Props to her. Overall, everyone is great. Their sweets are delish. I just wish there were more cash registers open during peak times. But, I’m still giving 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“This Walmart was clean and stocked, had all the items we were looking for. But what makes this location different is due to the customer service of the staff! There were some complications with our bulk purchase, but they went above and beyond to help us! Special mention to Syeda, Nabina, and Indira for their patience, understanding, and tremendous help. “One of the nicer Walmarts around. It has groceries and other department store items. Food is usually in stock, people here are mostly nice, except when they are in the way. Self checkout seems unorganized, especially when there is an issue. It took 10 minutes to get someone to fix the self checkout machines for 3 people. I would go to this walmart rather than the ones in Alexandria.”
“I'm not going to lie, this is probably one of the nicest Walmarts that I've ever been to. Super clean, well maintained, well staffed -- it's got it all. Plus it's got an incredible selection of international foods and ingredients for anything that you might want to cook to expand your tastes. Every time I visit there's plenty of people to check out and usually a large number of self-checkouts open, so there's never any sort of wait. If you're looking for some supermarket shopping out in this area, this is definitely a great place to visit!”
