“Amazing service! Our small nonprofit purchased our copier from Ron five years ago. Lately it's been making strange clicking sounds, we called today and Ron was able to come out the same day. He brought all the parts for our particular model that could be causing the sounds. We got a few parts replaced, Ron made great recommendations, explained everything and I'm very happy we called Copy Resources. Their prices are reasonable, service is outstanding and there's no sense they're trying to sell us anything we don't need; they are honest. I'd recommend them to anyone who wants courteous, professional service at a fair price.”

“I needed to get my phone screen fixed as soon as possible. For the work I needed done, it wouldn’t be a quick repair. Casey was great at setting my appointment up and with the intake of my phone this morning. I was told that due to the work it would take until the next morning or even the next evening to be done. Matthew was great at understanding my need for my phone and was able to get it completed before the end of day. I even got an alert that my phone was ready well before closing so that I had time to pick it up. Thanks for the great work guys!!”
“When I arrived to pickup my online order, it was already loaded on a cart and ready to go. An associate brought the 8 batteries out to my car, loaded each one and another associate brought me my receipt at my car. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. The staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful.”

“Called them around 5:30 and repair person was at my house by 7 to replace my iphone screen that had stopped responding to touch and the work was done at a fair price, much less expensive than Apple wanted to charge. The repair took roughly 20 minutes and both service and communication was exceptional. I've saved their info in my contacts in the event that I need their services again. I would highly recommend.”
“Went in for a cell phone repair for a cracked screen. Despite it being a busy Monday, the staff were incredibly polite, patient, and got the repair done same day. They explained procedures, policies, and recommendations clearly. Overall excellent experience, and a top quality repair job.
My only recommendation to other customers is, even if your phone insurance provider doesn't say to, go ahead and call the store ahead of time to verify parts availability. Wasn't a problem for me, but always good to just in case.”

“This place has a wide selection of video games from throughout gaming history, and the majority of it looks to be in pretty good shape. They also have a lot of collectibles and merch for games and anime, many of which is kinda random but still cool. Only major problem I have is the location. It’s a bit hidden away in a random building in what looks like an Office park behind the Dulles Expo center. I honestly had to double check I was in the right place. If you’re really into gaming i recommend checking this place out, but use navigation to get there.”

Within a day, it looked like a brand new phone without having to shell out $1000+ at an Apple Store to get replaced. Phenomenal service and store. Highly recommend.”
