“Diverse selection of plants, many of which seems to be adapted to grow well in Northern Virginia. They had free flyers with a selection and information of native plants for the area which is useful.They also had straw mulch available which has been a little difficult to source. Prices are a bit steep but overall, if you're looking for some of the harder to find places compared to big box stores, this place would be a good option.”

“We came here for the first Saturday of the month activity. You can take the activity to go or "get messy onsite". We chose the latter. We waited less than 5 minutes for a spot to open up for access to paint and tools. Help is not really around but, seriously, if I could follow the directions and successfully turn out the product (in this case a butterfly house) with my young children, anyone should be able to do so. I appreciate that they offer opportunities to engage the local community and I plan to bring my kiddos back soon.”

“Home Depot Everytime I come here whether it's in store shopping or curbside pick up, the employees I have encountered are all nice and friendly. Sometimes it's hard to find someone to help, but when I do, always a good experience. Today I decided to mulch my yard. I am least interested in yard work and do just the minimum to keep the yard looking nice but not fantastic! | think I mulch like every 4 to 5 years! I'm a bit ashamed to admit. When I do, I always get the Scott's Color Advantage mulch in brown. I have used it in the last 2 decades and have been very pleased with it. The color stays nice for a long time. So long that I can go with mulching every other year. I also use a lot of mulch, thick piles, not a thin layer like some do. This could be why the mulch last longer than just a year thanks ?”

“I just visited Stadler Nurseries. I needed help getting three planters for grave sites for Memorial Day. They gave me flags for free, were very helpful, carried everything to my car, and gave a discount because they appreciated my caring for soldiers graves. We will be back for other garden items as we need them. The flowers were beautifully cared for and affordable. Bonus: they don't use those chemicals that hurt the bees. Two thumbs up.”
“We went into Home Depot to look for paint. It took a little bit to get somebody to the paint counter, but we were so glad that Eddie was able to come help us! Eddie was absolutely wonderful. He was so knowledgeable about paint and how to help us with getting our house ready to paint. He wanted us through important steps and helped her pick out supplies know be worth our time. We definitely left. “Had 4.5 tons of #8 Bluestone delivered to my residence with no issue. Props to the driver who gave me a 20-min heads up before arriving and expertly maneuvered to avoid breaking tree branches that were in the way of pouring the rock onto my tarp. I would definitely used Mulch and Stone again!”
