“Just got back from my stay here. The hotel is good and has great potential. Check in was quick and easy, and I didn't experience cold or rude staff, as other reviews have mentioned. The room was pretty clean, but I always do my own wipe down of surfaces and spraying of Lysol. There was one small issue with the room, there was a used floss pic on the night stand in the bedroom, which led me to believe that area had not been cleaned— pretty gross. The hotel has decent amenities like a gym, restaurant, mini golf and easy access to a grocery store and metro, but they need to upgrade the technology in the room. There were no options to sign into streaming services on the television, and we were left to watch local cable. This is the only problem that seems to be outdated and somewhat of a bummer once we returned to the room. The breakfast provided by the hotel had many options to choose from and it was a great way to end our staycation. Overall, the stay was great, the staff was friendly, there were many things to do within the hotel and around the hotel. I would stay again, but when the weather is nicer to enjoy some of the outdoor activities.”

“had a pleasant stay at Extended Stay America in Tysons Corner and would definitely consider staying here again. The location is a big plus—close to shopping, restaurants, and major roads, which made getting around really easy. The staff was welcoming and helpful, always ready to answer questions or assist when needed. The room was clean, comfortable, and well set up for a longer stay, especially with the kitchenette, which was convenient for preparing simple meals. I appreciated having enough space to relax and feel settled rather than cramped. While the hotel is simple and no-frills, it offers great value for the price and meets expectations for an extended stay. Overall, it’s a solid, comfortable option for anyone needing a practical and friendly place to stay in the Tysons Corner area. “Wonderfully quiet hotel in the Mosaic shopping area, close to stores and restaurants. The rooms are well kitted out, and our suite had a small kitchen that was nicely equipped. The included breakfast was quite good, with fresh fruit, home made granola and low fat items. Illy coffee (one of my favorite smoothe coffies) and choice of creamer: milk, cream, almond milk, oat milk. Industrial sheek decor adds to the contemporary ambiance.”

“Room was fantastic, 2 double size beds. Although I was alone. However; one thing I didn't like was after reserving the Room, paying for it and also insurance I was made to pay a $50.00 incidental fee upon checking in and was made to feel I wouldnt be able to even unload my one suitcase if I didn't pay this incidental charge, although I had already purchased the insurance. There for my 11 year old field trip & the kids stayed next door at other hotel so what incidentals are they referring & never got money back. I did use a towel maybe that why. Other wise great place! Sounds counter-intuitive but very clean & staff very nice.”

“My experience here has been good especially with Clay who works at the front desk.He is very respectful and very well liked by all who have stayed at this location. I have witnessed him train all new employees that have came here he is definately a leader.All staff are very friendlyand do their very best to accommodate your every need while staying here they are just a great bunch. My only concern is no cameras in parking lots but hopefully they will work on that.

“We just stayed here for my daughter’s birthday. A 1 day staycation. This is a beautiful and very grand hotel. 24 hour state of the art gym. Indoor and outdoor pool, BOTH with hot tubs. Very impressive facility. The restaurant is top notch. I’d come eat here without even staying. Also an onsite Starbucks. The main reason I am giving a full 5 star review is because of the customer service I received, especially from the general manager of hotel operations. We had some mishaps with our reservation and room and they immediately rectified everything and made it right. They even sent balloons, a teddy bear, and card for my daughter to the room. Very accommodating and we will be back!”

“The hotel’s location was amazing – only a few minutes’ drive from the IAD airport and the most famous tourist spots. My room was clean, and the Wi-Fi was exceptionally fast for any tasks I needed to do.Staff was very considerate throughout my stay, and I appreciate that. Since it was my anniversary, they helped make my trip even more extraordinary by leaving some chocolates and a thoughtful note.My late-night check-in was handled well by the waiting staff, and the 24-hour room service is a great perk. The quiet hallways were wonderful for getting some rest.”

Cons:
1- No fan for the toilet in the room
2- Pillows are uncomfortable
2- One remote control for 2 TVs
3- No Disney or kids channel in TV list
4- Swiming Pool is closed and must go to the Nearby Club which doesn't allow kids under 12”

“Highly recommend this hotel, particularly if you’re hosting a conference. We had about 250 people in a couple of weeks ago. The staff was outstanding. The facilities are great. The hotel is near enough other places to eat that if they want to leave the hotel it’s pretty easy to do. The conference food was very good.”
“Stayed with relatives for an event recently and then we stayed for 2 nights recently. Great location One Loudoun full of restaurants and some retail. Management (Anna) helpful..although it does seem at times the front desk does not receive instructions for things like room location, but otherwise staff very helpful.
When booking suggestion ask if any kid events during your stay and if so request quiet rooms as it can get loud.
Serves a nice breakfast and has a decent gym. Folks remember to tip the staff cleaning your tables and housekeeping. True they do not service every day but they will get you anything you need.
Given wedding business and location, great value for the rates and/or points.
Tip park hotel area as they tow in the garages if overnight. Also park around back for easy entrance to elevators.”
