“Whoever just helped my In-laws get their room straightened out, thank you!! There was an issue with the room they booked on the app/website but they sorted it out and upgraded them for their troubles. I'm sure that's not always possible but we are so grateful. ??”

“Very good and clean hotel. With the accessibility to the restaurant and fast food area.
Cons:
1- No fan for the toilet in the room
2- Pillows are uncomfortable
2- One remote control for 2 TVs
3- No Disney or kids channel in TV list
4- Swiming Pool is closed and must go to the Nearby Club which doesn't allow kids under 12”

“Highly recommend this hotel, particularly if you’re hosting a conference. We had about 250 people in a couple of weeks ago. The staff was outstanding. The facilities are great. The hotel is near enough other places to eat that if they want to leave the hotel it’s pretty easy to do. The conference food was very good.”

“Excellent customer service. Nice rooms. Some ppl smoke so if you don’t, request rooms away from smokers. I suggest asking to see the rooms first. My son has asthma one room did smell Smokey but we were given a different room. Thank you all”

“I spent two weeks here and would recommend it overall. Pros: decent size room, adequate kitchenette with essential supplies and large refrigerator, good fitness center, complimentary coffee, free laundry, free parking, easy access to the Dulles toll road, very friendly staff. Cons: AC unit was loud and left a bad smell in the room, wifi was slow at times, office chair was very uncomfortable, toilet clogged easily, room was a bit dark, and hotel overall is a bit worn. I usually stay in higher end hotels, but considering the length of my stay, I didn't want to pay $250 a night. This hotel isn't luxurious, but it's a good value.”

“Absolutely GORGEOUS hotel and views all around! Great customer service and hospitality. Staff is very helpful and accommodating especially for guests who are there for recouping after surgery.

Stayed here the first four days after having spinal cord at Reston Hospital & Surgical Center and returned less than two months later for a successful implantation of spinal cord stimulator due to first implantation from 2010 lifespan ended spring/summer 2025.

Staff remembered us from our stay at end of January then returned first week of April for second surgery.

Definitely recommend and convenient to everything!”

“I was traveling for work and looking for a place close to Dulles and the Silver Line that wouldn't have a problem with a late check-in. The Courtyard Dulles was exactly what I needed.

They offer a free shuttle service to and from Dulles. I gave them a call and let them know I was ready for a shuttle bus and in the correct pickup section. The bus was there within 10 minutes and had me at the hotel really quickly.

Checkin was easy despite it being around 9:45 PM when I got there. My room was ready and I was checked in within minutes.

The room was pretty nice and most importantly the bed pretty comfortable to get a nights sleep. I enjoyed that many of the plugs in the room were accompanied by USB plugs as well making it easy to charge up any electronics. The TV also had built in apps for things like Netflix, Max, and YouTube. You can login with your own accounts and supposedly they will clear everything automatically when you leave. I manually forced a logout just to be safe.

It was nice having my Netflix on the TV but it was pretty slow and buffered some. The same was true with Max. One nice perk though is that Max was free to watch while in the hotel.

Checkout in the morning was easy. The breakfast location doesn't open until 6:30 and beware it is a paid breakfast option. I wasn't hungry so I passed on that.

I was able to walk about 10 minutes to the Innovation Station metro stop after checking out and get into DC pretty easily. So for my purposes the Courtyard Dulles Airport Herndon did everything I needed.

Walkability: It was an easy walk to the Innovation Station metro stop to catch the Silver Line.”

“Excellent place near the airport, very good service, and the bed is very comfortable.

Rooms: The room is in excellent condition, comfortable and cozy, it only does not include drinking water.

Safety: Relatively safe due to its security system and the area is quiet.

Food and drinks: There is an internal restaurant and it is very delicious, as well as a good price.”

“This is our favorite hotel when we visit the area. Manal, the GM, is absolutely amazing, and that is reflected in the staff and the way you are treated. The breakfast goes later than most hotels, which is a huge benefit.”

“This place is alright if you're needing a hotel room that isn't too expensive. Rooms were relatively clean along with the rest of the property. Location was good as it's close to many restaurants and shops. Only issue I really had was with people slamming their doors. Not sure why people feel the need to do that but it was unbelievably frustrating. People these days have lost all common sense and relative awareness of what they are doing. This is a decent hotel but I'd be hesitant to stay here again due to the noise.”
