I WOULD RETURN TO THEM WITHOUT HESITATION FOR MY NEXT PROJECT. If they don't have the slab you want, they can get it for you. Or you can find the slab you do like and bring it to them. I started with a different outfit that had a fancy showroom only to realize that I was being overcharged 50% by people who were ignorant about the material I had chosen. I am so happy that I brought my slabs and my job to Premium Granite. Three cheers to this great company!”

“Moss, thank you for the kitchen update. It was everything we wanted!
Jon got the team together early and everyone was patient with us. This was our first remodel/update ever in our home. The 1995-era kitchen was terrible (just look at the pictures! Old kitchen in yellow. Yuck!). Miyuki, as designer, had to be super patient with us newbies. She listened to our desires and concerns and sent us renderings. But she went above and beyond. We never even considered moving our refrigerator. Still, she sent us a rendering to consider with it replacing our pantry. We were concerned about losing a pantry’s worth of space. She assured us we’d gain back space with the new cabinets going all the way up to the ceiling and the built-in cabinets against a wall that previously was only a desk. Boy oh boy, was she ever right! We had no idea how much a simple appliance move would open up the kitchen. (And the water line move was minimal as our half-bath is directly below where the fridge now is.) We ended up going with her suggestion. I’m sure we would have loved our kitchen as we first envisioned it, but every day when I walk in I am so glad we went with her fridge-move idea!
Cristobal, as senior project manager, kept us—most importantly my wife who was at home daily—up to date on what was being done. And whenever we had an issue come up, he was quick to fix it or explain why it had to be done a certain way. The best ever was our “pass-through” window above the sink overlooking the dining/living room. We were afraid they wouldn’t be able to expand it. He assured us it could be. (Many of our neighbors were told the pass-through was stuck at a sad 2’x3’.) I’m now looking at our dining/living room from the sink, through a 3’x4.5’ opening. Again, we didn’t really comprehend what a difference such a small change would make.
Brady, as the day-to-day project manager, kept all of Moss’s employees on task. He very clearly explained to my wife what was happening daily. He made sure the stove was installed as soon as it was ready so we could use our kitchen before all the punch-list items were complete. Even better, our dog loved him. And our dog usually doesn’t like men! Louie (and we) thanks you, Brady!
This will not be the last time we contract with Moss for an update in our home. We have two 1995-era bathrooms staring us in the face daily, with gross contractor-grade, cheap cabinets, faucets, sinks, etc. Then we walk into our beautiful new kitchen and think: Bathrooms next! My business partner and I went on a whim because we needed a quick turnaround on a kitchen for our break room at our hair salon and they were able to come up with a design in less than an hour. They completed the job within two weeks which was perfect timing! They never pushed us to add on anything extra, and were super helpful and accommodating. I definitely recommend them! “Dream Design finished our basement with a bedroom, bathroom (including moving parts of the rough-in), and living area. Yong and his team were great to work with and made the experience as painless as possible. Dream Design has lots of selections of materials, but we were also able to bring some of our own things. The designers were helpful and had good ideas. Robert, our project manager, regularly checked on the project in person. They provided 3D renderings and lots of options, down to where we wanted outlets placed. They also pulled all permits and met with county inspectors. I was glad that they didn't try to upsell or gouge us after we signed the contract. There were a few small hiccups, which is to be expected with a project this size, but all were rectified. The work is really high quality, especially for the price. I really can't say enough good things about our experience and wholeheartedly recommend them!”
