“We just got our kitchen finished a few weeks ago.After dealing with a nightmare of a contractor for our master bathroom, we were worried we would have a similar experience for the kitchen. Fortunately, my worries were unwarranted in this case.Here’s my feedback on each phase of the project:Design and Quote: Part of the reason why we chose USA Cabinet store is that Miyuki was very upfront. Most of the other places that we worked with for our initial quote slapped together everything we asked for without consideration of the ergonomics and overall look. Miyuki actively gave us feedback on what would work, what wouldn’t work, and didn’t try to upsell us on anything that we didn't need. The quote was competitive with the other quotes that we received.Demo and Build: Richard and his team were incredibly detail oriented, and proactively communicative for any potential issues or concerns that could alter how they approached the project (my house was built in a very strange way). I very rarely had to bring up any concerns because I was able to trust their work. They were also respectful of our home and property.”

“I walked into Cabinet Discounters with a sketch of a room and rough dimensions - without much of an idea of what I wanted, other than a kitchen remodel. Waleska was amazing. I picked out the cabinets, and then with her professional help, design expertise, knowledge and hand holding, ended up with a kitchen that is beyond my expectations. I love it! Every day. I am so happy with the recommendations that were made; the storage, soft close drawers, the design - that Waleska drew up (multiple times) as we tweaked and re-tweaked to get everything just right. Waleska guided me with my design choices, meeting me to look at countertops, looking at backsplash choices, supportive and patient. She and Ramsey gently weighed in on a countertop material I was considering - educating me on the durability, and potentially saving me over $10K in replacement costs. “I see that some of the reviews are lackluster, but I'm offering a good review. Things didn't start out well because our refrigerator had a dent upon delivery. Originally, we were very upset because appliances these days are so expensive. Steve could not have handled things better. He personally delivered a new door and even worked with us on price. It is easy to give a good review when everything goes to plan. It means even more when a store does the right thing by a customer. Four stars.”

“Matt who helped me was very helpful! I had gotten my previous faucet for bathroom from here a couple years ago and I really liked it. Although they didn't have my info in their database any longer he helped me find exactly what I was looking for. The hose is a little smaller on my dual shower head but I can live with it. Yes it is a little more expensive than Lowe's or Home Depot but sometimes you need that extra quality”

“Very good process from beginning to end. We built a fifteen foot long counter top for our office and used a laminated edge instead of a more expensive laminated edge. You cannot see the seam. It's perfect. The delivery guys did a great job navigating stairs and a freight elevator. I would not hesitate to use this company again. BTW this is the first time I have ever made a review on anything.”
