“Eric and his team are fantastic. I love my kitchen and bathroom - still, after six years. I am finally getting around to a review because recently I just recently discovered a minor issue (minor enough that had gone unnoticed that whole time, but important enough to fix ASAP). I didn't think BPK would want to fix something after so long, but I reached out anyway - Eric immediately responded and started working to get something scheduled. While it took some time to get something scheduled that worked for both of our calendars, when Yuviny came out to take a look, he did a thorough review, fixed the issue, and fixed another related issue we hadn't even noticed! Plus, Yuviny and his colleague were kind to my chatty cat, so that will always win extra points. Eric is easy to work with, kind, knowledgeable, and incredibly responsive. Definitely consider working with BPK if those things are important to you - you can't beat his communication and responsiveness.”

“My family recently had an excellent experience working with Tanya and George at Alexandria Kitchen & Bath Studio to perform a major kitchen renovation. We came to them with an idea of what we wanted, and they worked with us during the design and renovation phase to dial in the perfect layout. They also provided insight and suggestions on designs and materials throughout the process that we hadn't considered -- their expertise was appreciated and led to a much better result! We thought the renovation timeline was ambitious, but George finished way ahead of schedule! They are very organized and hit the ground running -- we appreciated the fact that they worked efficiently to finish quickly as kitchen renovations can be very disruptive, especially when you have little kids. During the renovation, George and his partners pointed out safety issues and things that weren't previously done to code so that we could resolve them and make the home safer. “i went to home depot, lowes, and ace hardware looking for a broken knob that was attached to my shower head. was told by multiple people that the knob is to an older faucet, and would be hard to find. luckily i found old town bath, and they seem to be experts bath and kitchens. they didn't recognize my knob, but with a few pictures of the faucet style (apparently, all faucet manufacturers have a distinct look), they were able to track a pair down for me. slightly on the pricer end for just two knobs, but since my partiular kind was very hard to find, it was well worth it.”

It's a great place to shop! unlike a Lowe's or HD, the staff actually knows what they are talking about.
