“What I like the most about advanced automotive is that the team is accommodating, competent, and trustworthy. It seems like anytime I go to any shop to get anything done for a car, I get some big sales pitch to do things that I know for well don't need to be done. My experience with advanced automotive has been completely the opposite. I get my car inspected there every year, and periodically they've commented on things I should keep an eye on, but they've never tried to convince me to change my brakes early or change my fluids early or any of that kind of nonsense. I just paid my car off at 6 years and brought it in for an inspection. I asked the team to take a special look over the entire vehicle and let me know if there's any preventive or responsive maintenance I should do it this point. Again, they came back with a couple things to keep an eye on, but there was no artificial sense of urgency to trap me into doing something now. For this reason, there is a 100% chance that when I need work done, they're going to get the job.”
