“Came in to look at the unit size and met Ram. He was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Ended up renting a unit i didn't need yet. Customer service was amazing and the place is very clean.
I read other reviews about rates being raised. Im told they raise the rent twice a year. I'm hoping this whole experience stay positive the entire time I have this unit rented. I will keep the review current if anything changes.”

“I was searching for a storage unit on short notice and was fortunate to find a great deal with Sohail in Chantilly. What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional customer service.
When I stopped by in advance to take a look before my belongings arrived, Sohail proactively moved me to a better unit that was closer, had access to a working elevator, and had recently been personally cleaned by him. It was a thoughtful gesture that made the entire process much easier.
I didn't expect this level of customer service from a storage facility, but it was genuinely appreciated. Sohail went above and beyond, and I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for storage in the area.”
