Friendly staff. I wish they had better signage to tell you to go to the car area when the airport stations are closed for the day.

The process to pick up my car went very fast, which is fantastic since I was in a bit of a rush. I didn't have to wait in line, and within a few minutes I had the keys it was a short walk to pick up my car. The staff were also friendly and helpful. Definitely my easiest rental car experience so far!

Kailey (hope I’m spelling it right) has made my trip significantly better. I’ve had flight delayes after delays which made me miss my connecting flight and she went above and beyond to find me the best deal from the Dulles airport 20min before they closed.
