The service was great. I was given an estimate of when the bike would be ready and the cost. I received a call when the work was completed. I picked the bike up and the cost was exactly what was quoted. The work was done correctly and the bike works fine. Great Job!!

I can not say enough nice things about Blue Ridge Cyclery! Every time I go there the staff is ALWAYS knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. I have never had a bad experience. They are the top shop in central Virginia. No reason to look anywhere else! BRC, you ROCK!
