“Yesterday I took my new stethoscope to have my name engraved on it (in hopes that it will not get stolen, and if it does I can prove that it is mine.) I had a particular spot I was hoping to have the engraving done on and was told that it would not be possible due to the "anatomy" of the stethoscope. We came to an agreement on alternative placement and I was happy with that. I also asked for a quick turnaround (24 hours) which they graciously agreed to! When I arrived today to pick up the finished product I was pleased to find out that Ron had worked his magic with the engraving process and was able to engrave my name on the spot that I was originally told would not work! I am so thrilled! Not only were they able to "do the impossible," it also came in under the original quote! And to add to that everyone is super friendly and willing to help!
