We were staying for an extended period of time in Charlottesville. I had placed an order that was scheduled to arrive in plenty of time before we departed for home; due to Winter Storm Fern, however, delivery was delayed so I changed my delivery address a few days before we were going home. UPS’ system indicated it processed my $16.99 and an agent confirmed she could see it on the system. Unbeknownst to me, there was a glitch and there was no record of my delivery change request. I discovered that only after arriving home and receiving an email notification my package had been delivered to the Airbnb. I checked my credit card and there was no charge listed.
I placed multiple calls to the merchant and to UPS, each pointing me back to the other. Finally, I spoke with a UPS customer service agent, Meyitseto I believe, who worked some magic. Within a couple hours, Tim called me and said a delivery driver would pick up my order and my package would be delivered to our home. It arrived the next day!!!!

It’s 90 degrees here every day this week, so I know it wouldn’t last 2 days in a row on the truck. Went to this location and she went above and beyond to locate it. I left with my medication. Not many people like this left out there. FedEx should be grateful to have her.”
