“Blue Ridge helped me with shipping a fragile piece of porcelain from an auction house. I thought the price was a bit on the high side but the packing quality was very good. Double boxing with foam boards all round. The communication via email is brief but efficient. Overall I am very satisfied and would highly recommend them”

“I had such an amazing experience today with Eric in the copy center. So glad I stopped in oppose to doing it on line. He was so patience helping with me with my project while still attending to customers. He gave me a sample print so I could see the work and even made more adjustments. It was well worth the price but his professionalism and attention to details, far out weighed it all. Thanks for a great experience and thanks for working with me to achieve and complete my project. Keep Eric and I will be back”

“I had a potentially problem experience when sending an overnight package. I was given an incorrect address. The package was delivered - but after 3 days! I went to the store when I realized the error. The manager was very helpful, promising to look into the issue. He filed a claim with UPS and I was refunded 80% of the cost. I appreciated his help in this matter and in helping me with the refund.”

“Pam at the front counter is amazing. Had an overnight package with medication that needs to be refrigerated not show up. It’s 90 degrees here every day this week, so I know it wouldn’t last 2 days in a row on the truck. Went to this location and she went above and beyond to locate it. I left with my medication. Not many people like this left out there. FedEx should be grateful to have her.”
