“This amazing business isn't just for large printing jobs! I had them print my holiday newsletter (160 copies), and I wish I had more print jobs for them. The price for 4-color prints was competitive (or even less) than other shops in town, but the most impressive aspect is their customer service. This is old-school, community-lovin', top notch service. The prints were gorgeous and the interaction with the staff (including the owner) was friendly and super-accommodating, especially considering I came in 2 days before Christmas. I love these people!! I think they said they can do print runs as low as 50 (maybe it was 25?), but check with them first.”
“This restaurant is IMMACULATE!! Service is superb. The BLT was delicious. If you think it’s crazy to highly rate a BLT, you need to try Duke’s. The bacon is perfectly cooked and generous. The tomato was harden fresh.
We came back this AM for breakfast.
They have a nice patio, a bar or lots of tables inside. Very comfortable. Very popular.

We were staying for an extended period of time in Charlottesville. I had placed an order that was scheduled to arrive in plenty of time before we departed for home; due to Winter Storm Fern, however, delivery was delayed so I changed my delivery address a few days before we were going home. UPS’ system indicated it processed my $16.99 and an agent confirmed she could see it on the system. Unbeknownst to me, there was a glitch and there was no record of my delivery change request. I discovered that only after arriving home and receiving an email notification my package had been delivered to the Airbnb. I checked my credit card and there was no charge listed.
I placed multiple calls to the merchant and to UPS, each pointing me back to the other. Finally, I spoke with a UPS customer service agent, Meyitseto I believe, who worked some magic. Within a couple hours, Tim called me and said a delivery driver would pick up my order and my package would be delivered to our home. It arrived the next day!!!!

“Pam at the front counter is amazing. Had an overnight package with medication that needs to be refrigerated not show up. It’s 90 degrees here every day this week, so I know it wouldn’t last 2 days in a row on the truck. Went to this location and she went above and beyond to locate it. I left with my medication. Not many people like this left out there. FedEx should be grateful to have her.”
