No waiting or making an appointment. He called once everything was finalized as he said he would and couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

“T-Mobile actually recommended Mr Fix because T- Mobile can't or won't tell us what's wrong with the phone.
Since it just needed a new battery, Mr Fix got it done, but it wasn't cheap. However, it was cheaper than a new phone, which T-Mobile was eager to sell me.”
