I did further research and found out that he was correct I probably will end up getting their screen replaced at some point and when I do it'll be shattered mobile. Thank bro”

While I was waiting, I observed Chris assisting a customer who was purchasing a new device. The customer was still unknowingly paying for a service plan on an older watch they no longer used.Instead of taking the opportunity to upsell or open a new line—which would have resulted in an unnecessary ongoing expense for the customer—Chris proactively recommended swapping the new product onto the existing plan to save the customer money. This honest and transparent approach is a testament to Chris’s strong moral character and dedication to customer care. Outstanding service and high ethical standards like this deserve recognition.”

“I had such a great experience at the Verizon store on Cedar Road! I went in to add an existing phone from a friend onto my plan as a fifth line, and I honestly expected to be there for at least an hour or two. Instead, I was in and out in about 15 minutes. Bayleigh was incredibly efficient and knowledgeable — she helped me unlock the phone, get it erased, and set everything up so quickly. On top of that, she took the time to clearly walk me through what it would cost to upgrade my other phones, which I really appreciated. I was so impressed with her customer service and how smoothly she handled everything. Highly recommend stopping in and asking for Bayleigh!”

“Serenity was amazing. She overcame an unnecessarily complex issue with getting my fios router. Raise do immediately! I just moved into my new house today, and was told that I will have to wait until August 5 to get Wi-Fi. It’s July 31!
I was also told that when I got to the store, I could pick up self-install equipment And it will be active that day. When I got to the store, that was not the case, but serenity got it all figured out and I was able to walk out the store with active Wi-Fi!”
