“Went in to take advantage of their edible prints for cakes. They have a great in shop set-up that makes sending in your image and printing your design as easy as it comes. Pricing was absolutely fair, quality is actually shocking…who would have thought you could print photos with food coloring on sugar paper and it come out like you picked it up at Walgreens), and the convenience was exceptional.

Everyone I worked with was professional, helpful and knowledgeable. The team effort they put in to make sure my prints were perfect is impressive. I did two prints and it was set up so it could burn away to the image below.

“Great store for everything old school video games and even current platforms too! My daughter needed some switch controllers since hers stopped working or she wore them out. She was able to find colors here that she normally couldn't find at any of the big name stores. She also loved spinning the prize wheel and getting a discount too! Highly recommend this store as the staff is super friendly, helpful, and professional!”

“Came to purchase frames at University Ave store, ran into this high energy employee named Lee. When I tell you it was the absolute best customer service I've ever received at this store. Every aspect was remarkable. I asked who was in charge and guess what...He is the general manager for the store. He leads by example , same uniform as the rest of the staff. “TLDR: My first initial experience seemed bad because I realized that I had purchased a poorly priced box of trading cards; after going back to the store, a team of employees assisted me in getting things right, which I greatly appreciated. Great staff and a cool store! I would recommend this store to my friends.

I purchased some booster boxes from this store when I found myself on a long lunch break with nothing to do. I collect a lot of trading cards and had never been in a Tower Games before. When I got back to work, I looked up the prices of the potential pulls from the sets and I realized that the price I paid on one box was double the market price. After returning to the store I was told that the general policy for tcg boxes is, "tcg returns are not accepted." However, the employee behind the counter did some research and found that the price was marked up considerably higher than usual. They determined that the price was based off of what Tower Games paid for it, but explained that listing something at double the market price was not their intention. In the end they gave me that particular box at a zero markup from market price in order to make my experience happy. They succeeded in doing so, and I will be sure to come back to play or purchase more tcgs. I can't express how impressed I am, that in spite of my tired scowling face and an awkward situation, the entire lot of staff remained pleasant, friendly, and helpful.”
