“Love this store they have everything I need everytime lol. Here's a few treats using stuff I got from wine and cake . Food colorings , character rings, bags, sticks, icing decorations, deli cups, edible glitter, crowns, edible images & more”
“Came to purchase frames at University Ave store, ran into this high energy employee named Lee. When I tell you it was the absolute best customer service I've ever received at this store. Every aspect was remarkable. I asked who was in charge and guess what...He is the general manager for the store. He leads by example , same uniform as the rest of the staff. No way to distinguish him as a leader except by his actions. KUDOS and 5 more”
“I came in for the 1st time Saturday. I really enjoyed it. There's a sports side and a pokemon side which was pretty cool. The sports side is pretty big, so if sports cards/memorabilia is your thing, this is definitely a place to check out. I cant say too much about that side but it sounded like people were having a good time talking about sports, etc. I did step in for a minute, they definitely had a huge collection to look at. Me, though, I mainly stayed on the pokemon side. They had a decent amount of cards to look at. The worker behind the counter's name was Seth. He did an excellent job when it came to customer service. I was there for a while and every so often he would check in to make sure I was doing alright, or had questions. I was in ear shot of the interactions he was having with other customers, he had great customer service skills and was always willing to go into detail about any questions he was asked. He was even praised by a father at one point for helping his son with his binder questions. He was even keeping a child entertained talking about pokemon cards/toys while the parents were shopping on the sports side at one point.
Prices were a bit high for new merchandise but all within the market standards for the most part. I think the only complaint I could honestly say about the place as a whole is that they are closed on Sundays. I, myself, work during the week so thinking about going into a card shop after work on a weekday just isnt something i would do but, then again Im sure others love it. (I also understand the world doesnt revolve around me, so that's just my opinion) It just means ill spend more time in there on Saturdays and visit other card shops on Sunday. All in all thus far im giving them a 10/10. Keep up the good work. Ill definitely be coming back.”
“I can’t speak on anyone else’s negative experiences. Before placing my first pre order , I asked a couple of people who told me NOT to go to tower of games. However it is right next to my house and I wasn’t able to get one piece any other way. My first pre order with them was Op13, then OP14 then EB 03. I all have received my Phantasmal flames pre orders and my ascended hero’s Pre orders. Always the day of and it is hassle free. No waiting in lines. No having to deal with rude people in the hobby. You can just call , place your pre order, then when the product releases I normally just call them and ask if it is available and then I go and get it.
There is a gentlemen there with glasses that only works Fridays that has always been helpful! Another woman named Rachel has always been helpful for me as well! 10/10 recommend”
“I usually find what I'm looking for but they move things around so when you return, those items may be be in a different aisle. I've encountered one or two staff members who seem bothered when you ask a question which makes the shopping experience a little less positive. However, most of the staff are willing to help.”
“Very friendly, and completely transparent through the whole transaction process. I would highly recommend stopping in for anything you need. I will be back for sure!”
