I love kirklands!!!! My store in Newport News closed but I bought rugs, candles and pictures! Was a loss for our area for it to close !!

I was returning something I purchased online. They gave me a hard time because it wasn't purchased in the store and also because I used PayPal. Their customer service when you call them is much better. They do have nice items and good prices.
