Nice enough people but my packages never get updated shipping and I always have customers messaging me wondering when they'll receive their order.

I’ve used this service a couple of times. They get the job done so I’ll continue to use them but the atmosphere can be uncomfortable. The woman is older and understandably, not tech savvy, and the son gets visibly frustrated when she messes up or asks for help. I always leave feeling embarrassed and sorry for her.
