“During 2 years I have been taking my eBay packages (4-12/day) to different UPS, USPS locations around here. This UPS store is the best: do not remember waiting ever. Student looking employees are very enthusiastic in processing my packages and they probably remember me because they know that I need receipts. If UPS cost me $15 and USPS is $8, I ship UPS because I feel good to visit this UPS store. Our local 23320 Post Office lost 2 dozen of my packages in 2023 and USPS employees act and look like they do not want to serve you while you are waiting in a long line. UPS delivered all my packages and employees of this UPS Store look like they are here to serve you at the time you enter this store.”

However, Jasmine at the register immediately made me feel welcomed. She took the time to explain current deals and generously offered a donation to a local elementary school, which I gladly accepted thanks to her positive and friendly attitude. OfficeMax would benefit from having more team members like Jasmine.”
“I recently had the pleasure of visiting FedEx for printing assistance, and I wanted to share my experience. As someone who is not well-versed in printing images, I found myself needing help. My mother and I arrived about an hour before closing time and sought assistance from Derek. Despite my lack of preparation, he was incredibly patient, kind, and eager to assist me throughout the process.
Realizing I underestimated the scope of my project, I returned the next day to print additional images, this time better organized. I was warmly greeted by Alyesha, who was equally kind and more than willing to help me with my needs.

“Jason and Mark at TGD Wraps did a great job for us. They wrapped our new truck and van for PuroClean of South Chesapeake, and the finished product looks fantastic. They also removed the old wrap from our old van, which wasn’t an easy job, and got it cleaned up without any issues.
They were great to work with, communicated well, and delivered exactly when they said they would. We’ll definitely be bringing future vehicles to them.”
