“Bought a mattress and foundation here today. Already knew what we wanted when we arrived. Mattress has to be ordered. Supposed to be delivered in a week and a half. “Second adjustable bed bought from OMF. Purchased a new Serenity adjustable base and latex mattress. Super comfy!! My previous adjustable base had been purchased from OMF in 1999. It still worked fine but was getting a tad creaky when adjusting. This new base is super quiet. I love it!!! My salesperson was helpful, knowledgeable and the more important point is he wasn't pushy at all. The 2 delivery gentleman were great as well. They set everything up, and hauled my old base and mattress out. When I asked how they disposed of them, the company donates these items to Habitat for Humanity!! Quality products at a reasonable price and helpful personnel. Highly recommend!!!!”

I went in with an idea of what I wanted and got their professional input, laid on a couple different mattresses & tried a couple different pillows. I made the purchase and told them when I'd like it delivered. You even get to track the delivery truck on your delivery date so you know exactly when it's going to arrive. The delivery guys were extremely polite and quick. I showed them were to set the bed up. They had it in the house and set up really quick and made sure I was satisfied. I would definitely use Mattress Firm (Edinburgh) in the future and highly recommend it to others.”

“I recently ordered a couch online from Wayne's Furniture. They were prompt to reach out to me and confirm all the details. The couch was supposed to take 3 weeks to get to the warehouse and was actually delivered in a week, with delivery to my home set up the following week. The delivery men, Willard, and his co-worker were friendly and professional. Unfortunately, upon delivery, the wrong colored couch was ordered. Willard quickly rectified the mistake, and Kris (spelling) reached out to me within minutes to offer either a discount or to order the correct product. I did select to have the correct color ordered.
Even with this mistake, the amount of professionalism expressed by all employees has made me confident that not only will I receive the correct product, but this is a business that truly cares about its customers. They have made me a new customer for life :)”
