“I had to throw the mattress away after getting constant back pain and stiffness on my neck. Bob went above and beyond with his customer service and I got an excellent deal on a mattress that puts me to sleep very fast. Bob is very knowledgeable with his mattresses and will make things right if things go wrong. The prices here are way better than other mattress places. If you want high quality mattresses with a reasonable price, come to this location and ask for Bob! I will come back again for a new pillow eventually! Haha. Thank you Bob! I suffer back pain and the mattress with the remote helps with my back. I can adjust the bed to a better position and rarely toss and turn in bed now. If you're suffering back pain, come to this location for a better mattress.”

“Doug is amazing and honest. He came to repair our OMF bed frame and advised us that we needed 2 torque tubes for the motor he was installing to work properly. He took pictures and offered to help us purchase a new frame. The frame manufacturer is sending the additional repair parts, so we won't need a new frame at this time. I will purchase a new frame when needed from Doug. If not for his honesty and support we would have been spending a lot more money. I would recommend Doug and Sleep Align to anyone.”
“Second adjustable bed bought from OMF. Purchased a new Serenity adjustable base and latex mattress. Super comfy!! My previous adjustable base had been purchased from OMF in 1999. It still worked fine but was getting a tad creaky when adjusting. This new base is super quiet. I love it!!! My salesperson was helpful, knowledgeable and the more important point is he wasn't pushy at all. The 2 delivery gentleman were great as well. They set everything up, and hauled my old base and mattress out. When I asked how they disposed of them, the company donates these items to Habitat for Humanity!! Quality products at a reasonable price and helpful personnel. Highly recommend!!!!”
“I could not be more pleased with our experience from Paramount Sleep!! We made the mistake of getting influenced by the targeted ads for another mattress company when looking to replace ours. After that disappointment, we decided to do more research for a quality company that actually cares about their customers. We were blown away by the craftsmanship and comfort of their beds! My husband is in the Army which has taken a toll on his body and being able to get restorative sleep is very important. We will soon be replacing our children’s and guest room mattresses to these!! “Had carpet installed in the whole house. Several issues with carpet coming loose and raveling in various locations. We we weren’t impressed with installation. Some transitions not in straight line. Dave said he would return to replace the transitions and “patch” the area where the carpet has obviously come loose (in an area with very little if any traffic). He was supposed to return the first Wednesday in August and it is now September 8 and still nothing. We have called and receive no call back.
PS We had recently had the planking installed and Dave said they could reuse the transitions and make it work, most transitions are beaten flat, nail heads are coming through and the carpet is coming up from behind the transitions.
UPDATE: Dave and his crew came back out to evaluate the situation and did what was needed to ensure that we were satisfied. We are happy with the end result. Thanks for making things right.”
