“My grandson bought a suit for prom at Philip Michael. The sales associate measured him, including the waist. Most men that wear suits would know that all suits are sold as a set (jacket and pants). So obviously, just because the jacket fits, doesn’t mean the pants will too. Teenagers may not understand that. Unfortunately the sales associate didn’t pick up on that and didn’t advise him to try on the pants since his waist was obviously smaller than the pants size. My grandson figured the jacket fit so the pants must fit too. When he tried to exchange the pants (from a 38 to a 33) he was told he couldn’t exchange just the pants. Still no advice to get them altered. I called and explained the situation and asked if they would do a rush alteration. They were immediately accommodating and when my grandson brought them in (2 days before prom) they did the alterations on the spot to his satisfaction. People make mistakes, and while the situation didn’t start off as I thought it should have, they were more than happy to make things right. Customer service goes a long way. It is for this reason, I am giving them 5 stars.”
“Megan was very helpful in guiding my son and I through the whole process: from color, style, fabric and fit, to choosing shirts, ties, socks and shoes. She presented lots of options (everything looked great). My son was happy and it was a completely stress-free experience for me. We happened to shop on black friday, so we saved some $$ at the same time. Kudos to Megan!”
“I have only ever had good experiences at this store. Tonight I called to inquire about an exclusive item. The employee picked up quickly and told me exactly what I needed to know with additional helpful information. 15 minutes later I was in the store and they helped me take the item off of the shelf. “Had absolutely the best help from staff in being able to order onliine an unusial size Jean for my son which isn't carried in their stores. “I always love Macy's ❤️ There service is beyond measure, and the level of attention is better than some high-end stores. I will always come here for their clearance racks, for there is where you will find your best deals. But, even if you pay full price, they are still less expensive than Dillard's, and at least at Macy's, you receive service with kindness and a smile!”

“I visited the Greenbrier store to make an exchange and ended up finding another item that I liked but it wasn't in my size. Angelica took the time to search other stores and was able to locate one that did carry my size.
