“My husband and I have been gardening for years, but this past spring was the first year that we ordered compost from Tidewater Mulch & Material. Our garden took off so much quicker and produce amounts surpassed every year before exponentially. We agreed we'd be ordering their mushroom compost again for years to come and recommend it to every one we know who has a garden!
Before I could write a post about the wonderful results of the compost, we had a second experience with the company.
Our water pipes in our crawl space broke and we had water flooding under our house. I called and talked to Nick(not sure what his position is) panicking about this emergency. He was very calm and collected; he handled my situation with care and concern. He helped me get an emergency order of sand delivered that same day so that we could get it spread under our house for our plumber to replace the broken pipes. He was very courteous and knowledgeable of the products/ business both times I've ordered from him and highly recommend this company!”
“This post is purely based off of Walter or John as his Home Depot smock said. No literally it said my name is Walter or John and when I asked about it he said it's either. I'll answer to both. My husband and I came in with a long list of needs and we really don't have a clue what we are doing with some of these projects. Walter/John was not phased at all and was more than willing to walk around with us and assist. He took his time and explained the different products and made us very comfortable with our purchases. He did all of this with a smile on his face and some funny jokes. Thanks Walter/John for making an experience I really wasn't looking forward to into a pleasant experience.”
“Me & hubby went here to get an Augger for a stopped up toilet. I am from IL and it seems the customer service in Home Depot is typically the same, which is not a good thing in my opinion. When entering the store, no one ever speaks or greets you. Also, as you walk through the store, the associates never ask "is there something that I can help you with"? It's like they are trained "if the customer doesn't say anything to you, then you don't say anything to them"! Like I previously mentioned, this appears to be a standard practice even back home. I gave it a rating of "4" because the product we needed was in stock and we used self check out, not because the customer service was great! Home Depot, you must do better NATIONWIDE!”

“If you're looking for a small business run by honest folks, this is the place. I see a lot of one star reviews because of "slow" service. But we all know the supply chain shortages are beyond anyone's control. They serviced and repaired our z turn with no issues, and we're super pleased with the DR Mower we purchased and had serviced.”
