“i called the chesapeake store to order a lesco spreader and they told me to call the norfolk store so i called and got a price and tried to give them my card number.they said they will have one sent from our warehouse. i called again in a week not here yet i called again they said it was in they would call me that was almost two weeks ago, I GIVE UP. UPDATE i have changed my one star to a five because of one man,BILL FATSKE, HE IS ALL ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE THANK YOU BILL,SITEONE IS LUCKY TO HAVE YOU.”

“I just purchased Third 5 gal. of paint at Home Depot the new house is sucking it up... When I checked out price was $25.00 more than last 2 times.. they sent me back to paint department and I was told it had been on sale for few weeks... Joseph honored the sales price... Chelse was very quick and professional mixing paint my mistake not hers...And Shakira at register helped me resolve issue.. My only complaint is the survey on recept does not have area for Comments... Just wanted bunch of personal information...”

“It's quite a large area so you have to take your time when you go in there The staff so far has been very friendly and helpful everything is footwear it's supposed to be each aisle has its own items with large signs to tell you where to go and if you can't find what you're looking for just grab one of their friendly employees they will be more than happy to help you Good luck on your journey this is definitely a viable option”

“The store is nice. Easy setup. Solid customer service. Except don't bother trying to call to ask any questions or get an order update because NOBODY answers the phone. The automated system will send you where you need to go eventually but then you'll sit on hold for eternity. We shouldn't have to drive to the store to get an order update for an order we placed in-store.Fix your system there Lowes. This is incredibly frustrating.”
