Never had an issue. Went to AutoZone on Kempsville the counter guy had zero knowledge on vehicles. Left there went to O'Reilly's. They never let me down!

Really clean store. Staff was welcoming. Fully stocked. Just like the way I would keep my store back in the day. They actually have people who know parts unlike another place I went to. Big mistake. When I order parts from here for my day job, they are fast. Really fast. Two thumbs up!
