“I want to thank the people who were working yesterday morning at the Chesapeake Express RnR tire shop who made a very bad day a great bit better for me.
I was heading to a doctors appointment when an object from the truck in front of me came flying in my cars path. Before I knew what was happening my tire pressure was dropping 10-9-8…. all the way down to zero.
somehow I was able to get to the side of the Chesapeake Expressway without an incident. My hands were still shaking even after the 1 hour wait for triple AAA.
once the spare was on I hobbled off the expressway onto 64 and off at the first exit Battlefield Blvd. I was pulling into the first parking lot to recover when I noticed I was at the RnR tire shop. The wonderful staff went immediately to work getting me the appropriate tire and even provided water and cough drops for my comfort while I waited.
They were wonderful caring and made an awful day a little bit more tolerable. Thank you again for your kindness.

“I decided to clean my car battery posts because of all the build up on the terminals. Well, after the clean up, I had difficulty starting my car because I couldn't tighten the cable to the negative terminal enough to start my car. Finally, it started and while it was running I decided to go to AutoZone to get a new cable clamp. I explained my battery problem to a clerk named Keith. He stated that all I may need is a terminal shim and offered to install it. Well, 15 minutes later, my car started right up and he also checked the condition of my battery, alternator and starter and said all is well. Keith didn't hesitate to help me, was very professional and above all was kind enough to offer his services to me in resolving my problem. It is this kind of service that will keep me coming back to AutoZone and I will spread the word to my friends as to what they can expect to receive in doing business with AutoZone. I came to look a Hyundai suv but unfortunately it was sold the day before but no worries! He ended up giving me the bigger and better fish which is a 2020 Nissan pathfinder and she is a beauty. Wasn't my first time being introduced to her but if I couldn't find what I was looking for why not? She matched me like a dating site! Very pleased with rotation of my tires, full synthetic oil & filter change, VA State Inspection, full circle Maintenance Inspection, and a complimentary car wash. Returned recently (11/28/23) for service to the driver's side of my vehicle...experiencing a cracking noise near door area. The technician lubricated the seat assembly and the noise has disappeared. ??”

“I took my vehicle to Bay Custom Auto Collision after a minor accident, and while the damage seemed small, they ultimately ruled it as totaled due to the cost of parts and labor. Although I wasn’t happy with the outcome, the team remained professional and kept me updated on when they would assess the vehicle.
One thing to note is that they only communicated with the insurance company and did not offer any advice or alternative options directly to me. However, they allowed me to collect my personal items without any hassle and worked quickly so my vehicle wasn’t just sitting in their lot.
In the end, I left without a vehicle and had to purchase a new car, which was frustrating. While the process was smooth in terms of communication and efficiency, I would have appreciated more guidance on possible options.”
