I've gone inside to make deposits and they've never asked me for ID, social or job title. I went through the drive thru today and they wanted my ID, social and job title. It was a deposit. I wasn't trying to withdrawal anything. Is this normal?

I moved all of my accounts to TowneBank and it is the best decision I’ve made. They have the best customer service! I love being able to call the branch and speak with an actual person.
